Outstanding service. Short wait, comfortable setting. Service took much less time, than I thought it would be. Staff and management very friendly and professional. They really know how to take care of owners and their cars.

Adam got me in and out in 90 min. He got the part and fixed the car knowing another dealer Schopp Honda in Denver would NOT order the part after being there for 4 hours and wasting the day. It was 110 miles round trip to go to Greely CO but well worth the trip. It is nice to be listened to as a customer and not being belittled by a service writer.

Easy to make an appt. online, friendly staff, clean comfortable waiting area with coffee and quick professional service. Prompt service and clear concise explanations of services provided.

Appreciated the time that the service center checked out vehicle and found it be sound and fit for the road. Would recommend to friends and family.

After receiving a recalled notice I call Greely Honda. During the call I asked about recommended service and was able to schedule an appoint within a week. The work was done and some other items were brought to my attention. The service adviser was professional and informative. I'll reschedule to finish the work.

I moved to Greeley in January...along with my 2019 Honda FIT. Needed service almost immediately....odd noise coming from dashboard (turned out to be leaves in the filter). Took it in and Cory was my "guy"...walking me through what the problem and solution was/were. Since then I've been back 2 x..for a trip check (when I found out that my battery was nearly dead--a not unexpected occurrence due to the winter (yes, THAT winter) we had just lived through in Greeley (brutal to batteries), and a general maintenance check-up, and oil change.. Again, walked through the process by my "guy" (who noted the condition of my tires....better than average for a 4 year old car, but definitely going to need replacement in a year or two (the way I --don't -- drive. and out the door in about an hour. Will definitely be using the thank-you car wash coupon when the weather get s better....freezing weather for the last two days. ALSO...the dealership is really nice....a good waiting area (wi-fi, too) and HOT CHOCOLATE!

Corey is my go-to service associate. Always friendly, professional, transparent. But all the service associates I've worked with there are great. The work is high quality and the pricing makes sense.

Very Best amazing crew in town wouldn't take my car anywhere else!! Very very very helpful and extremely friendly a great family environment! Totally trust worthy and never more then what is needed!!

Sales guy Anthony Atencio was attentive in numerous ways. First, he called me 1st thing Monday morning to tell me that the manual transmission I was driving up to see, was already sold. Then he was good at asking about and listening to what we wanted. Finally, he managed to quickly sell me a vehicle that I love, and I almost made it to my dental appointment in time.

We are always treated fairly and trust the service department with their recommendations. The work has always been done right the first time. We frequent here at least 15 times a year for oil changes, we are rideshare and food delivery drivers.
