I bought a 2025 Jeep grand Cherokee L from Perkins in February. Since literally the day after purchase, I have had electrical issues and mechanical failures. Perkins refuses to take any responsibility or assist being and fixing the issues. They only refer me over to G who refers me right back to them. Joe especially is rude and unprofessional. I will never buy from them again.

A service on my 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe..required an extended time for warranty on parts and service. Jena Foster was my service go to and service manager Tom Rogers as well. I appreciate being put into another Jeep 4xe during that time frame. I appreciate being taken care of as a return customer of Perkins..When all you have owned are Jeeps..its great to have a vehicle on loan identical to yours to use. During the process..I Have my 2024 Jeep 4xe repairs done..happy to say. you both and Tom for continued updates in the process..much appreciated

Jena was my Service Manager and she did a fantastic job. They provided me with multiple options for had to be done for me to continue my trip and completed the approved service within a couple of hours. Highly recommend them if you’re in the Manitou Springs area.
