Jacob helped narrow down which trucks to look at and to test drive ended up with a nicer truck than I expected too. He was friendly and helpful submitted my credit app and came back the next Saturday after they did the undercoating and basically was in and out in under 20 mins which I appreciated. Plus he helped with the passthrough on my old truck to my parents!

The dealership didn't. Want to take the car out of the show room for me to test drive and so I couldn't drive it and then once I was able to the vehicle was sold

I appreciated being able to work throught 90% of the process via phone ahead of time. I did not apprciate the fact that CarCheif and Coatings are "required", its clear to informed buyers that this is a chance to make a profit margin, while disguising the price as lower. In the end these items end up going into the the total out door price.
