We bought my daughter a 2015 Kia with 48,000 miles on it.

We bought my daughter a 2015 Kia with 48,000 miles on it. She drove it for about 4000 miles and the engine light came on. It was determined that the engine died due to a common Kia problem with that particular engine. The engine had to be completely replaced. Although, we understand that sometimes these things happen, our service at Kia was absolutely awful. Obviously, we were very concerned with what was happening with the car. I called on several occasions questioning the process and to find out if the engine was being covered. Not ONCE did I get a call back when I was told someone would call me back. When speaking to the service manager Frank, he was dismissive, defensive that I was questioning the process, and actually quite rude. On several occasions we called to inquire about what was happening with the car and was told someone would call back. Through this entire 3 week process we were never offered a loaner and no one called to give us updates. . On the day that I picked up the car, I was driving home and a huge crack went across the windshield. I immediately called Frank the service manager and told him what had happened and asked if something hit the windshield while on their lot.. He then said he pulled up paperwork, and it was noted that there was a crack in the windshield when we originally brought the car in to have the engine repaired. We were completely unaware of this crack and it was not marked anywhere on the paperwork that I was given. Frank was again very short with me and basically said that the dealership would not be covering it, and I should call my insurance. This is our first experience owning a Kia and it will be our last time ever using the service department at Transitown Kia.

Good experience, brought my car in to have it serviced

Good experience, brought my car in to have it serviced for routine and repair. Another dealership was giving us a difficult time and this dealership offered solutions and it was agreeable. Very impressed and am planning to come back to this dealership in the future.

When I bought my car from a young inexperienced girl she had told me a few things I could do like add more miles and I would get reimbursed for my payment I made on my car that I turned in . Neither one can be done .

Experienced service manager is always friendly and
