My 2024 Sportage had a recall for the horn. The parts manager was very friendly and professional. I was provided with their shuttle service that got me home and back to the dealership in a short period of time. The entire experience was very good

Frank is awesome and so is Everyone that worked on our vehicle. Fair, honest and really kind. I actually like bringing my car there. Its 30 minutes away and worth it!

Setup warranty inspection and repair. Service Manager is always friendly. Renovated waiting area is comfortable and has free coffee and water. Tokens provided for snack machine.

Mark the service rep went from getting a five star review to a one star review by calling me and telling me my vehicle would be done tomorrow. So I changed plans for my fourth of July weekend as I would now have my van. The next day comes vehicle isn't done. Now I have to rent a vehicle for the weekend and of course it's the 4th of July weekend and everything is hard to come by. Don't make promises you can't keep

Purchased a vehicle from them and brought it in for inspection. Very friendly and efficient. Bought me a couple of candy bars and had me on my way in about 15 minutes. Mark was excellent.
