I was never pressured. I believe my salesperson, Chris Kane, listened to what I wanted and worked to make it happen. I will return to work with Chris in the future and send friends and relatives.

Traveling to Buffalo, for funeral, car began to loose power, they diagnosed the problem could not fix it, but advised me on how to drive it home

I came in with my vehicle I bought from a different dealer in Rochester New York. They extended warranty company that they gave me was giving pushback in the service provider. I had here Frank extremely hard to ensure that they gave me what I paid for from the warranty company, not only him, but the staff that was around him also extended a helping hand.

Friendly prompt service. Waiting Lounge was comfortable with complimentary beverages and snacks. Prices were reasonable. Very pleased, there was no upsell, and overall it was a very streefree experience.

They made a process that I hate (car shopping) super easy! Kyle was great to work with and communicate with via text. He never wasted my time by playing games and I felt like he was always being honest and gave me the best price. No other dealer came close. Wish all car dealerships operated this way!

My dealership in Jamestown went under. I developed an unable to charging on level 2 issue. I called several dealerships in WNY and PA. But no appointments until end of May. I called Transitowne Kia and the got me in the next day.. it?s 60 miles from home. I got there 1 hour early and they took me right in. The EV technician scanned my car and said it?s working on their level 2 and the codes said voltage too low to the car . The tech said it was a problem with my home charger and I should check the breakers. I said thank you so much for your help. They didn?t charge me one cent for the trouble shooting . I?m so happy to have come to this dealership. This is were I found my car 4 years ago but distance prevented me from coming back. But now it?s MY DEALERSHIP .

Mark was very helpful and made me feel comfortable right from the start. I came in for an oil change. I always get my oil changes at Kia because I feel safe and the process is very easy for me here.
