Setup warranty inspection and repair. Service Manager is always friendly. Renovated waiting area is comfortable and has free coffee and water. Tokens provided for snack machine.

Mark the service rep went from getting a five star review to a one star review by calling me and telling me my vehicle would be done tomorrow. So I changed plans for my fourth of July weekend as I would now have my van. The next day comes vehicle isn't done. Now I have to rent a vehicle for the weekend and of course it's the 4th of July weekend and everything is hard to come by. Don't make promises you can't keep

Purchased a vehicle from them and brought it in for inspection. Very friendly and efficient. Bought me a couple of candy bars and had me on my way in about 15 minutes. Mark was excellent.

I have 3 cats that we purchased from Kia Transit town and always bring them vehicles in for inspection, oil changes and other as needed service. We love the friendly staff and turnaround time. Would highly recommend the service department!
