We had a pleasant experience at Transitowne KIa. After visiting several other car dealerships, and doing extensive online shopping, we stopped at Transitowne for a test drive on a Wednesday afternoon. Although we didn't have an appointment, they were willing to accommodate us. We were able to test drive the used (2024) Kia Seltos that I had inquired about online, as well as a new (2027) version of the same model. We decided to purchase the used Seltos and received a reasonable trade-in allowance for our 2019 Hyundai Kona. The transaction was seamless, and we were able to complete the purchase and pick up the Kia the following Friday.

Newly renovated facility makes waiting easy and comfortable. Service professionals are very courteous and knowledgeable. Techs do an awesome job. Very friendly and trustworthy atmosphere. I would never consider taking my 2022 Kia Telluride anywhere else for service!

I continue to use Transittowne Kia for my service, it is not the closest to me. I pass two other Kia dealers to come here. They are friendly and honest. All work is done correctly. This is my third kia I've brought here for service.
