I bought my first VW in2003. My experiences with Stone Mountain Volkswagen have all been positive. The staff is excellent and helpful. Facilities are clean and comfortable.

Customer service was great.

Customer service was great. But the rescheduled appointment was supposed to reach out for another appointment. I have not heard from them for like month now?

Excellent.

Excellent. Greeted outside. Checked in, no appointment. Was given a ride to my house. Called 2 1/2 hours later, all done, car is ready. Found a nail in a tire, fixed. Back to pay and pick up car - all seamless.

Lori in service was great! I took my car to Jim Ellis five times and all they did was screw it up even more than it was. I took it to Stone Mountain and they were able to fix my car in one appointment. Thank you so much, Lori and Brandi! :)

Brought my Tiguan in for service of an engine fault. The technician was able to correct the condition with a reset. They also, provided some technical information for me take home and further learn about my vehicle.

Mario McCarthy was my salesman and he gave me a wonderful experience. We end up purchasing 2 cars that day. My daughter was shopping for a new car and I end up trading in my 2021 Tiguan for the new 2025 SEL R Line.
