My car buying experience at Galpin VW was pleasant. It was my first time buying new so it’s uncharted territory. Everyone has been helpful, starting with Robert and Lily who reached out to me after I reserved the ID.4 back in Feb 2022. Jan 2023 I got an update from Clip that my car might arrive in the next week or so. (Clip also showed me features of the car once I took delivery). Junior (Parts Dept) was also helpful, explaining the process of ordering the 2-in-1 charger. Camille & Tiffany (Internet Dept) both checked on me, making sure I got my questions answered. Lastly, Ati (Finance) was awesome! I complimented the pen she had me use to sign documents so she gave me a brand new one to take home! Little things like that make a difference. 😊 Galpin VW also made sure I got my reservation deposit back. Galpin has been good to me. I bought my previous car from Galpin Ford. Happy and satisfied customer here!

I'll get sleight to the point. 1/ I asked over the phone a service department about the price of oil change and break flush and it was rounding $270, 2/ I made an appointment and when I dropped off the car I found out the price is $370 3/ I left the car for service(oil change & break fluid flush 9am) because I had a long trip coming up and I asked the service advisor to check two more issues. 4/ 2.30pm no updates & I left a voicemail to the service advisor to call me back at first convenience, an hr later no response and I called again to(main desk) find out my car is ready 5/ I'm meeting the service advisor and the service done is oil change, brake flush and sway bar link replacement(under warranty) , the last topic was my a/c/heating control was resetting itself while working and he out of the blue asked me to take a video of it. 6/ at the cashier I'm facing the service department supervisor and asked him why I was provided a different price over the phone and I got the lamest explanation" there is someone that does that and we are trying to find out who it is" My Conclusion: first and last time at Galpin motor ever. By the way Winn VW in woodland hills has a WAY better and honest service department, when my car is ready I get a text and a phone call and as soon as I get in my car at the dealer I receive a video file with the service performed on my car, so draw your own conclusions.

Thank you Heaven!! I’m happy with Jetta Manual Transmission I got today!! I got it from Galpin Volkswagen with the help of Heaven.

Bought a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) 2021 VW GLI from Galpin VW. The salesman (Alejandro Guzman) assured me several times that as part of the recent CPO process, all the fluids in the car have been replaced, including the engine oil. The day after I purchased the car, "Change Oil in 7 Days" appeared on the instrument cluster. I then checked the engine oil to find that it was a quart low and very dark. After checking with another VW dealer, it turns out that the last oil change and service was a year ago. So not only they didn't change the oil, as Alejandro told me several times, but they didn't even bother to check the oil level! Tried contacting Alejandro and his manager for an explanation but did not get a response. The moral of the story is that the people at Galpin are not truthful, and that the VW CPO program is not worth the paper it's written on.
