I went to Tom Scott Honda to buy a used car.

I went to Tom Scott Honda to buy a used car. I was pre-approved from my bank and had already found the vehicle I wanted online. We called Brandon Johnson to verify they still had the car and set an appointment for that day. He was getting off work but agreed to stay to help us. We went in, took the car for a test drive, completed the paperwork, and were out of there in less than an hour. No haggling, no back and forth. It was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I really appreciated Brandon's honesty about what they could do as well as the transparency on their prices. I waited three months before writing this review to make sure everything was as they said it would be - and it is! The banking went through without a hitch, the car is fantastic and runs great. I am very happy with my purchase and my experience and will use Brandon again in the future and keep his card in my wallet to refer others to "one of the good guys."

Manny and team were amazing.

Manny and team were amazing. No hard sales just simple offers. Kept me in the loop on my delivery and I was in and out in less than an hour and a half. Communication was amazing and Manny would get back to me within 30 minutes, Even on his days off.

Great people at this dealership, very friendly and

Great people at this dealership, very friendly and knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to help me, they didn't just grab the money and run like another dealership I've recently dealt with. My salesman was Brandon Johnson and he's a great guy to deal with, will I go back when it's time for a new vehicle, you bet I will.

Hats off to Service Representative Cortney Schuiez

"I took a friend's Honda CRV into Tom Scott Honda in Nampa for the 110,000 mile check and was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and positive attitude of Service Representative Cortney Schuetz. As I was sitting in the waiting area while the car was being serviced, I watched as Cortney would approach each waiting customer with information about their vehicle condition and potential recommendations for extending the life and enjoyable driving experience of their personal vehicle. All done with a personal, yet professional approach and demeanor. When she approached me, she had already pulled a Carfax to illustrate for me, work had already been done in another dealership. In some cases, work was done twice which is unnecessary, to say the least. She took sufficient time to point out factory recommendations for the vehicle , made some future recommendations, leaving all decisions for me to discuss with the car owner. I'm an engineer and have an in-depth background in vehicle construction, restoration and repair, so I truly appreciated her sincere, straightforward, honest approach. I will be recommending her and Tom Scott Honda to others in my engineering group and to fellow Honda owners. "

I just left Tom Scott Honda.

I just left Tom Scott Honda. We have a 2014 Honda Pilot in excellent condition, always kept up to date on all maintenance done by this dealership . . . that is until today. This car has a habit of displaying false dash warnings regarding tire pressure and the gas filler cap being loose. As annoying as these “alerts” are, Tom Scott’s has always cleared them and said “sorry for the hassle.” Today, however, the service writer just sat there and smugly said it might be for a lot of reasons, and asked me if I had made sure the gas cap was on tight. No attention to customer service, no courtesy, no show of interest. He just sat there with his arms folded and stared at me. Okay. Our Pilot is about eight years old with about 80,000 miles on it. It’s our third Honda and we figured on replacing it with a new one at the end of this summer. Guess what dealership we won’t be doing business with again?
