I love my Jeep Patriot!

Pleasant buying experience
I went with my daughter to buy a preowned jeep. Jason and all the managers were respectful and didn't treat me like a "woman" because my husband could not be there. They gave me a very fair price on my trade and the overall experience was extremely positive. I will definitely buy from Larry Miller in the future!

Great Car, Good Value
I was pleased with the vehicle, service and price that I got at Larry H Miller. They had two cars that we were interested in. I told them that I was not interested in trades and financing and they didn't give me the typical run around. They did play the "back and forth to the manager" a half a dozen times but it wasn't to painful. I am hapy with the overall experience and would buy from them again.

Very disappointed in service department
We purchased a new Ram 2500 from LH Miller last year and had exceptional service from our salesman. Sadly we have returned to get a routine oil and filter change and were treated like unappreciated customers. We do not put many miles on our truck so we did not purchase the oil change package at the time we purchased the truck. We also declined to purchase 3 oil changes for a small discount because there is a time limit in which you have to use the oil changes you purchase. We called prior to bringing our truck in to make an appointment and were told we did not need an appointment. We waited for an hour which is fine but once the truck was ready to go no one went over the results of the inspection, they shoved us out the door rather quickly making us feel like one of many people they just had to get through in the day. We came in in the morning and there were only 2 other vehicles being serviced and many service employees were sitting around doing nothing. After an $80 oil change and an hour wait our truck was still dirty inside and out. I have never had a vehicle serviced at a dealership without the option of a cleaning. We left feeling like the original sale of a new truck was all that mattered and the amazing service was left to the showroom salesmen. I hate to say this but I got much better service from the Ford dealership when taking in my cheap Fiesta for regular maintenance. LH Miller has let us down. Once loyal customers who spent a lot of money on a new truck will be using another company for all our service needs.

Repair
They did a super job. I couldn't even tell where the shopping had hit my call. It was just like I had bought it right off the lot. I had service as soon as I walked thru the door. It took no time at all to get a to get someone to get me an estimate. Everyone there was awesome! If I ever need repair work or anyone I know needs repair work I would definitely send them here.

Had an excellent buying experience!
Russ Dimick was personable and down to earth. I am not an easy lady to deal with but Russ made me laugh and convinced my husband and I to drive off in a new Jeep. We absolutely love our new jeep!
