Excellent John Schlegel was great from beginning to end. He said and he did treat me like a family member. Sean behind the desk got me in the service department the next day. Jennifer was very informative gave me her card if I have any questions. Just yesterday I called John with a question he answered it and I was encouraged to call with any other questions.
