They were quick. Not as customer friendly as a nearby competitor. Parking lot is not customer friendly. Happy with our purchase. The sales people were nice could be more customer service oriented. We had bought 3 cars in the last month and had excellent service at 2 other dealerships so got spoiled. Could update your customer waiting area. Our sales person was very knowledgeable.

The dealership was well prepared when we arrived.
The dealership was well prepared when we arrived. We knew what we wanted. Test drive was well done. The transaction was quick… about 2 hours. The salesman did not spend enough time explaining the tech. The vehicle was not charged. We were sold the wrong adapter for our Level 2 charger. Salesman was not as familiar with the EV tech as we had expected.

We came to Gee KIA to look at the Sportage.
We came to Gee KIA to look at the Sportage. Hayden was attentive, asked good questions to help sharpen our focus, and we test drove a couple models. The last one we drove felt very comfortable and had the features we were wanting (plus a lot more!), and we ended up buying it that evening. Looking forward to getting to know the rest of the operation as we come in for routine maintenance, but our initial experience in finding and purchasing the Sportage was most satisfactory.
