I'd like to start by saying my sales experience with Rene

I'd like to start by saying my sales experience with Rene was top of the line along with the finance department with Charley. Both of those gentlemen are top notch. They both deserve 5 stars. The low rating is 100% from the title and tags department. I traded my car in on 7/31/25. It is now 9/9/25. 40 days and my tags have still not been transferred to my new car. I have called 3 times and been told the paperwork is still processing. The first time I called about something else and I asked for an update on the tags before I got off the phone I was told it would be early the following week. That was 30 days ago. I am paying for my tags and now have gone over a month without being able to use them. A month's worth of my tags sitting in my trunk. What they are doing is legal as my temp tags are still a few weeks from expiring but that does not make it right professionally or ethically. I have bought approximately 20 vehicles over the years and never had to wait this long for a simple tag transfer. To make it worse the vehicle I traded in has now been listed for sale for over a week. They did all they need to do on their end to benefit them to get that car for sale but haven't done a thing on my end since I left the lot. It is the equivalent of someone owing you money but posting pics of their new items on social media. As of yesterday I made my first payment (due within first 45 days) and I am still riding around with temp tags. Once again its perfectly legal but horribly unprofessional and reeks of professional procrastination. It shows that they won't lift a finger for you once they have what they want. I am sure it took much more work to get my traded in car ready to be for sale that it takes to transfer tags. Yet here we are with temp tags while my old car is showroom ready. Then to top if off the MVA is emailing me asking me to provide information to them about why I don't have insurance on the vehicle I traded in and threatening to suspend my registration so today I've had to take time out of my day to respond and email them documents showing that I don't have the vehicle anymore. Basura.

Total Shady/Fraud people.

Total Shady/Fraud people. Please look at my review history all the time I like to give positive review, but this one I can’t believe this Place does this kind of business? Bought 32K car. I did not look the condition of the tires of the car because I thought this was a quality and honest dealership. Four months later, the tires are showing the wires. They are literally bald and please look at the photos. I cannot believe they will sell a car that has the minimum required thread on the vehicle. Spoke with director manager, he was the worst to deal with, but at the same time I realize if these guys are capable of selling a car where the tire can go bad in less than four months, I should not be expecting reasonable solution from them. They are cheap and cheat. I can’t believe Mercedes have dealers. They will do business like this. I am so disappointed. I will be contacting Better Business Bureau and Mercedes itself. I would suggest you stay away from a dealer who does business like this

Jim Wright is the best car sales person I have ever

Jim Wright is the best car sales person I have ever worked with. My husband and I met Jim when we bought our first Mercedes-Benz in 1999 and have purchased 6 more cars from Jim over the years. Jim is not just a great salesman but a really nice guy. When I come in for service I peek into the showroom to see if Jim is with a client and if not, he is always welling to stop for a quick chat. Euro Motors has been a wonderful car buying experience over the years and we are grateful for their impeccable service.

It goes without saying that we all expect to get great

It goes without saying that we all expect to get great service and prices when visiting a car dealership; it is however rare that you get both with repeatable outstanding service after the purchase. I had such a wonderful experience with Mauricio Leiva that I'm compelled to express my appreciation publicly. While my experience might not mean much in this day of random comments, anyone visiting euromotors for a purchase shouldn't look farther than this incredible salesman.
