I bought my 2017 Dodge Journey from this dealership.
I bought my 2017 Dodge Journey from this dealership. I love the vehicle. They are the nicest and most professional people from the sales reps., service dept. and management. I would definitely buy another car here.

I had a really good experience at Jacksonville Chrysler
I had a really good experience at Jacksonville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Arlington. The staff was friendly and helpful without being pushy, and the process felt straightforward. There were a lot of vehicles to choose from, and they worked with me to find something that fit my needs and budget. Overall, I’d definitely recommend them if you’re in the market for a new car.

This was an absolute nightmare of an experience.
This was an absolute nightmare of an experience. Wayne Funk—apparently the guy who assists in getting the numbers—ran in circles with both his words and his pricing. He initially quoted us $599 for a truck, then handed us a sheet that said $750. We told him we were in the process of closing on a house and couldn’t buy that day, but that if they could get closer to our numbers, we’d be ready to make a deal. We clearly stated our terms: $3,000 down and $550 per month. A few days later, our salesman texted us and encouraged us to come in (after our closing), saying they work harder for you when you’re actually in the store. So, four days later, we went back, hopeful that we could finalize a deal. Instead, he handed us a sheet showing $719 per month. We reiterated that our numbers were $550 per month with $3,000 down. At that point, he got visibly upset and accused us of lying, even though we were simply standing firm on the terms we had repeatedly communicated and discussed during our last conversation. He told us that he was trying to get the deal done that day and that it was the end of the day but that offer is no longer an option. He then said, “I don’t have time to go back and forth with the managers.” Then Suddenly, he couldn’t remember ever quoting us $599. He completely changed his story and said, “It’s four days later—things change.” In the end, we wasted our time with this dealership. Do not buy from here. They do not put the customer first and are the definition of sleazy salesmen. They weren’t even willing to counter our offer. This experience was extremely frustrating.

Planned on purchasing a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited
Planned on purchasing a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited this week. Had every intention of purchasing the vehicle if a price in and around the MSRP was offered. My wife and I met with the sales rep, Mitch, who was your typical, scammy, lie to your face, smile while I try to F you car salesmen. Nothing but games. I told him we have purchased 20 plus vehicles and weren't interested in their typical games. When we arrived at the dealership to look at a Jeep. We told Mitch which one we were interested in as we saw it online, and what did he do? He took us to a completely different model at the very back of the overflow lot. Didn't even bring the keys so we had to peek through the window. We spent the next 20 minutes going door to door, jeep to jeep, looking for an unlocked door to view the interior. Took 3 days of back and forth xx from Mitch just to learn what the actual price would be for the jeep. A starting point for negotiations. Mitch wasn't having that saying things like, "Well, what would you like to pay for it? What number did you have in mind?" A base price was never established as their internet price reflected a good discount if you qualified for all 6 plus incentives. The line in the sand was when Mitch started playing the "Monthly Payment" game. We left with zero confidence in this dealership, feeling completely disrespected. If you're looking for transparency and a legitimate buying experience, this place is NOT it. Just look at the other reviews that have them at a 1.8 star rating. I wouldn't trust these guys to sell me a bicycle, let alone a car. Save yourself the time and headache--go somewhere else!

Jennifer is a terrible manager.
Jennifer is a terrible manager. Please be advised...this company finds it okay and honorable to charge $320 for an INSPECTION to determine what the DIAGNOSIS fee will be. I paid $320 to get told "there's a few things that could be wrong. You'd have to pay an additional $1200 for breakdown to see what the problem is from the options we think it could be". (Told this by Lisa)Of course my warranty company isn't going to cover a tear down for something they have no idea is the issue. I went in telling them that I'm in a gray area. I didn't get anything from this INSPECTION. My warranty company told me she's never in her 4 years at the company, been told that a dealership cannot determine issues when at the dealership at the original time of appointment. My paper says "additional diagnostics" meaning this WAS a diagnostic. They're bending people over and charging exuberant amount of fees. I am 10000% calling lawyers this week to find out the legality behind what you're doing because it cannot be legal. Jennifer told me that the warranty company is "full of xxxxxxxx" and multiple times raised her voice at me while in her office in front of multiple people. She also stated that this was like going to the dr and getting a CT SCAN. She can't perform surgery without looking first....well no xxxx...that's what i dropped my car off for!! To see what's wrong! Every side has 2 stories. Unfortunately Jennifer and Chrysler don't have a good one to stand by. Do better. What a terrible company. Oh and according to my receipt, they also signed me up for Sirius XM radio which I never once was asked for. If this is anyway associated with my debit card then even more will be brought to light. Attached is a photo with their ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE NOTES I paid $320 for.

Had my jeep serviced multiple times.
Had my jeep serviced multiple times. Once they left the radiator cap off and my vehicle overheated in GA. It cost me $160 to evacuate the system and add new coolant. Next time I had new tires installed, a d they put the wrong tires on the vehicle. They did a front end alignment, too and that was done wrong. The vehicle pulled to the left severely when they were done. They would not reimburse me for my costs to correct their work, nor did I get an apology for my inconveniences.
