Everyone at dealer makes sure that I am taken care of. They always go over what had to be done to the car and explain it to me which I like. And if I have to something I need them to check even without an appointment they take care of it.

My elderly mother was very nervous to go into a car dealership to buy a new car. She thought she would be bullied into buying a car. This happened to her at a Chevy dealership ten years ago. Happily, Oscar at Nissan was incredibly kind and patient with Mom. She left with a beautiful new car and a very happy experience! I am so thankful to the folks at Tim Dahle Nissan!

The service department has always gone above and beyond for me. A job that was supposed to take 4 hours took 2 because they did not want me waiting there the whole time. The staff are very friendly and patient.

The service staff treat you like a highly valued customer. Car wash and oil change in less than 30 minutes. They quoted me 45 minutes. They continue to exceed my expectations!
