I don't know how they sell any cars I told them I only

I don't know how they sell any cars I told them I only had $800 down or a thousand and the old man goes you got no money and hung up on me but I'll talk to this old lady and she said oh well I go you can't with that it's a $6,000 car I wanted to finance it not put $2,000 down and make payments and she hung up on me I don't know how they sell cars they don't even talk to people they just hang up on them

Went there to purchase a jeep today.

Went there to purchase a jeep today. As my husband was looking it over the owner states "I'm offended that youre looking it over." Meanwhile there were lights on the dashboard. Owner stated it's perfect. My husband hooked his scanner up to it. Asked the owner if the problems would be fixed before we took it. I can't believe he expected us to buy it without addressing issues!!! Thanks for wasting our time.

Avoid This Dealer - There Are Better!

Vehicle purchased at Sitterly's had the check engine light come on one day after purchase, OBD-II showed evaporative control system issues (fuel). Inspection by a different car repair shop by Don in Johnson VT revealed a breach in the gas tank. The inspector in VT further added that he was surprised the vehicle even passed inspection due to extensive rust in the subframe as well as the gas tank. Dealership was contacted to exercise the 30 day / 1600 mile limited return warranty (currently day 25), and the person who took the call ultimately began yelling and using profanity suggesting, 'You can go ahead and just get the FBI involved.' He then hung up. I should have known something was up when the dealer balked at us pulling a Carfax report (which showed clean so we purchased). You're mileage may vary, while at the same time this is what you will be working with when you come here.

Don't go there

If they had a negative number I would give it. They are rude and awful. I was paying every month and they still came and got it. I know it wasn't the whole payment but at the least I gave them 500.00. now they won't even take my phone call. 2 days after getting the vehicle the muffler fell off and he did nothing about it Do not buy anything from them.

Ive bought 2 trucks from Bob, both were great .

Ive bought 2 Trucks from Bob, my first was my dodge ram and the current is my Chevy Silverado. Very good trucks and very fairly priced. Id buy another truck from Bob one day

2007 Blue Dodge Nitro

I went down to Sitterley’s this morning Tuesday 8/4 to look at the 2007 Dodge Nitro after reviewing it on their website. The price on the website shows it listed at $ 4,750 , however when I got there and talked to the person who was on site they told me the price was wrong and they are selling it for $ 5,500 . What kind of business is this? It clearly states the price at $ 4,750 on their website. Buyer beware, I. Would never do business with them after this. They could have had a possible sale, but what they did is BS ! Unhappy Used Vehicle Shopper,

Superior dealership

Outstanding people to deal with, extremely helpful and very friendly. They sold me a Ford Fusion which is a great vehicle. Highly recommend this dealer for sure.
