Totally taken care of - as usual

I noticed something hanging down under my car and called the service department and talked to Billy for help. He said that I could come right over. I was in and out in 10 minutes and completely taken care of. This has been the usual experience with Billy and the service department. I feel so confident in their abilities and trust what they recommend and their workmanship. Thanks

Thank you for the great service!

I love the vehicle inspection check. They always keep me up-to-date with my car maintenance and repair. I didn't feel that they are up to get my money because of the repair that had to be done for the car. Honest and straightforward. They know what they're talking about! Thank you!

Happy Customer!

I recently purchased a new truck from Young Auto Mall. I couldn't be happier. I got a really good deal (best price out of the 3 dealerships i was negotiating with) and a really great truck. Ryan was very competent salesman and easy to work with. I came with my own financing, but ended up getting a better rate through the dealership. Years ago when this location was Ensign I had the worst car buying experience of my life. I really hope people who had a similar experience to mine know that this is a completely different owner and give them a shot. I almost didn't, but I am very happy I did.

Best Toyota Experience To Date

Mitch was not the pushy sales guys you expect from dealerships. He was friendly and you could tell that he cared about the service and not the sales. The dealership was clean and the shuttle they offered was very convenient.

Great experience

From beginning to end my purchase experience was fun. Stephanie was very helpful and led the way to a buying experience that ended up being no pressure, comfortable to negotiate, and thoughtful about needs and wants. I would recommend this sales team and facility highly.

Slow process but friendly staff

We waited at the dealership for over 7 hours while the people behind the scenes finalized our paperwork. We came with our own financing, and it was a Wednesday, so I don't know what the delay was for except possibly being under-staffed. By far the longest car buying process I've ever experienced. They really push you to leave a good review regardless of your experience. However, clean facilities and friendly people and knowledgeable salesmen.
