Buyer Beware !

Buyer Beware ! they sold a horrible car to a young woman. The car had a replaced engine that was not even properly installed nearly causing an engine fire on the second day after picking up the car..

Very honest and forthcoming.

Very honest and forthcoming. Explained some issues the vehicle had. Quite personable Salesman. I will deal with them when looking for a Hummer.

The dealership sent my title to my vehicle to the wrong

The dealership sent my title to my vehicle to the wrong bank over a year ago. I spoke with Monica who works in the title department and she advised that she had already realized she sent it to the wrong bank and even did all the paperwork to fix it last year but never submitted it. It’s been over a week since I last spoke with Monica but I have called and left several messages that have not been returned. I even confirmed with the initial receptionist that Monica was at work and she still avoided my call. I went in to speak with Monica and was told she was not there. This business has proven unprofessional by the lack of care for their customers and lack of communication. I would truly appreciate a call back to resolve this issue.

Bought a one way plane ticket from New Orleans to corpus...

Bought a one way plane ticket from New Orleans to corpus took an Uber from the airport to Loves to buy a car that I was told was ready by 3 different sales reps when I arrive there they tell me they can’t sell me the car cause the airbag light is on promises me all kind of nice things like refunding me my money for the plane ticket there and back my Uber cost tells me he’s gonna fix the car and drive it to Huston for me so I can purchase it when I left I never heard from him again. I never had a worst experience trying to buy a used car and I’ve bought many. I wish zero stars was an option

False Advertisement

was looking at the 2019 ram big horn.was not available then why is it still on the web site.do not want a 2020. Nobody called me b4 I went to the dealership they told me when I got there.

Never again

We live in San Antonio but bought a van for a friend that lives in Corpus. It is a used 2019 Dodge van.. we paid cash for the van... the salesman was rude and there was no owners manual.. after repeated calls they finally gave us the manual but not before they lied and ignored calls and text. I have never purchased a vehicle.. new or used.. thst did not have a full tank of gas when i left the dealership.. Do not recommend Love .

Disappointed

I bought a used car from a nice salesman in Alice. Then I had trouble communicating with the office in Corpus about getting the loan and tags straight. I decided to visit the Corpus office to get things straight. Big mistake, I met big Al; who was egotictical, uneducated and basically clueless as to what had happened. He refused to let me talk to the person in charge . I finally got things straight (no thanks to Bg Al) Hope not to have dealings with the sorry incompetent lot again.

Unethical Business Practice

This place has a "No Hold Policy", which they never bother to mention before they make you drive 2 1/2 hrs. for the second time after they assure you that everything has passed. After keeping in contact with the salesman by phone every thirty minutes and texting him pictures of our route showing we are on the way, he never bothered to notify us that there is a chance that the vehicle is being seen by someone else and might be sold. Once we arrived, they received us with a handshake and the first thing I ask is, "Do you still have the vehicle?" Their answer was, "Yes". They made us sit and wait. After 20 minutes of waiting, a gentleman that I had never met before whom identified himself as the Sales Manager walks up to our table and says, "We sold the truck........but I have one just the same that we just got and you'll love it!" I spoke the the Finance Manager in regards to this that has just occurred and her reply is , " We have a No Hold Policy". I explained to her that there's is business ethics that should be followed in every business. Her reply was , " We have been here for Thirty years." At this moment, I realized that if this business does not need our business, and does not recognize what great customer service and satisfaction means, I definitely do not want to ever do business with them and would not refer anybody that I know to them. I am glad that things happened this way. When a business lies to you, they will continue doing. Thank you for reading this and I hope you make the right decision and can spot the right business ethics necessary for a business to have a great reputation in delivering the customer service and satisfaction that you need. TRIED TO BUY A 27.000 JEEP. SEEMS I WAS GIVEN TO WRONG SALESPERSON, RACHELLE HANDED ME TO RUBEN.I ASKED TO HAVE HARD TOP ADDED TO PRICE ...RUBEN TOLD ME TO SHOP AROUND.
