The dealership asked me multiple times to rate them.

The dealership asked me multiple times to rate them. So keep in mind they literally asked for this. I went in for factory recommended maintenance -they held my car hostage for almost 3 hours but failed to do what they were supposed to. They did my oil change which was nice but they failed to inspect and top off my fluids- which I called afterwards to confirm that was part of the maintenance. 3 days after my appointment I get a low wiper fluid warning on my car - obviously it hasn’t been filled so who knows what else they missed or blatantly decided not to do in the 3 hours I sat and waited. The lady who confirmed that this was part of the package only respond was well what do you want to do? Do you want to bring it back? I told them while I was there for my maintenance that I had a recall on my car - they were going to order the parts - it took several attempts (all while asking my to leave a review for the original appointment) to confirm the parts had arrived and schedule the appointment. I have mentioned another issue that I have had with the car since I first purchased it and they confirmed it didn’t work and that was that. Problem dismissed. Meanwhile they want to offer me a free appraisal and contact me several times trying to get me to buy a new car from them. The text messages and e-mails you get asking how your appointment was and to give them feedback are a joke. I will be finding another place to service my vehicle after this.

I had a new radio installed and it caused a hazard

I had a new radio installed and it caused a hazard warning. Service advisor wanted to replace start switch for $1,800. Never inquired about possibility radio install was cause. Returned to radio dealer- wire was crossed- problem solved. Didn’t ‘t cost anything. Seems your service advisors are only interested in replacing parts and not interested in solving problem.
