Satisfied and Friendly Service

I leased my 2015 GMC Terrain from Cable-Dahmer Buick GMC Cadillac. My experience was very nice. Gage kept me informed and up-to-date. He had great customer services and everyone greeted us with a smile and was willing to help.

Prompt and Super Service

We noticed an unusual noise and called Jason at Cable Dahmer. An appointment was set for early the next morning, and was told there would have a loaner ready for us. After them driving the car and giving it a visual check it was determined we needed an idler arm. Rather than taking a loaner we opted to wait the hour or so it would take to install and relax in the waiting lounge and read and watch TV. We have always been very satisfied with the service and work done at Cable Dahmer and would not go anywhere else.

Great Service, Customer Focused

Best service I have experienced in a long time. There is a lot of attention to detail, from reacting to my OnStar notification that service was due to explaining everything they completed and escorting me to my car. They are a very customer focused team.
