Car trouble away from home

While driving on the freeway north of Hurricane the ECT light on my VW Tiguan came on and my car lost power. I was able to get to an exit and called Findlay Volkswagen in St. George. They were extremely helpful even though their service department was closed. They got my car in as soon as they opened at 8 AM. They replaced a fuel injection harness under warranty, and I was back on the road by early afternoon. Their service and willingness to help was exemplary. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

Great place…use it

I have used the service and repair dept since it opened in st. George Utah and have continuously gotten great service. Pam and her crew are very experienced in their positions and make sure all bases are covered, when I have questions I am able to get clear answers that I can understand. This I really appreciate! Any problems that may arise are taken care of swiftly. Great crew, great place……I highly recommend this service dept to anyone who needs it.

Dale and Gabe were excellent to deal with!

My sister left a negative review about Dale, and we can’t retract it, she left it before she gave me a chance to talk with him! Dale was excellent to work with! Once he clarified the options available to us we were able to buy the car and options we want! We’re very happy with everything about this purchase, Dale took time and explained everything we were concerned about and made the changes we asked for! Please disregard the last review I’ll figure out how to delete it! Thank you Dale and Gabe for making my mother happy with a new car!! I’ll definitely Recommend you to everyone

Dale the finance guy is a snake

Took my 74 year old mother for all he could never mentioned the warranty or gap was an option but made her feel like she won the lottery with it being included. He never mentioned optional just said this car has and your lucky it’s included. Watch out for this guy!

Battery died. Ben, Pam, & Will to the rescue

Arrived near closing because battery died. Ben quickly assessed situation while Pam simultaneously drew up paperwork. Ben and Will worked after hours to get me back on the road. Exceeded expectations and will continue business with this “Can Do” team.

VW Tiguan

Everyone is super nice from Curtis to Quinn, Jason and Josh. All are very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. We have recommended Findlay VW to our friends. They also have a great sense of humor. We definitely are satisfied and would buy for them again.

Great Service
