Great example of exceptional customer service!
Jacob Camacho is who you want to ask for. We weren't there to spend a lot of money, just to get the car we needed. Found the perfect car that met our needs and Jacob treated us like his number one priority. How refreshing for a salesman to want to meet your needs and not try to get you in something better. Would make the hour and a half drive back just to work with him again. Very satisfied!

Great experiences!
I've been dealing with Fitzgerald Auto Mall since 1992, Each experience has been very pleasant, and i've gotten the car I wanted at the price I expected, or better. My last salesperson was Ben, who like the others was very patient, informative, and concerned about what I wanted, rather than just trying to make a sale. I haven't taken any of my vehicles to any service department other than Fitzgerald's, even though I have a long drive to get there.

Don't get a service contract with them
Not impressed at all. this was my first time taking my car in for service since I bought it. They never bothered to call me and tell me that my car was ready. The following day I had to call and inquire as to the status. The person who was handling me and my car "claims" to have called but there were no voicemails or missed calls on my phone. When my husband went to pick it up the car was not vacuumed or cleaned like they said it would be. And the car is now leaking oil, apparently from them overfilling it. I am not sure how dumb you have to be when it comes to filling the oil, but even I can do that (I have done that without overfilling it). When I called today to speak to the manager, the people who answer the phone transferred me to the service manager who was not in today. I am waiting for a call back then never comes. I only know I was transferred to the manager that was out because my husband spoke to the other manager. Now I am waiting for my call back to get an explanation as to how they can be so terrible at what they do. I really don't know why I bought a car from them or a service contract. It will be my last. So not impressed at all. Not to mention the people who answer the phone are not very pleasant. They are the first person a caller speaks to and they are just rude. I miss Saturn with their great customer service and car service.

I understand that the Service Director has been in contact with you and has picked up your vehicle to take to the shop. He will also detail the vehicle no charge.
Hyundai Sonata 2015
I purchased my first car on December 7, 2014. Mr. Feleke Kenaa was the sales representative who helped me through my experience and he was great. I told him the price range for the vehicle I wanted and the type. He was able to successful show me three types of Hyundai Sonata (Sport, Limited and Basic) before I made the decision to purchase the Limited edition. He was professional, kind, attentive and caring with myself and my family members as we went thru the buying process. Although it has been only a few days, I am deeply satisfied with my purchase. Mr. Kenaa was kind enough to call the next day to see how my car experience has been and I greatly appreciate it. I would recommend Mr. Kenaa for anyone's purchasing experiences.

still waiting
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership this past Saturday. I was told that the vehicle would be delivered to me the following tuesday between 12 and 3. That essentially gave them two and a half days to do what they said needed to be done to the vehicle (which, from what I understood would just be to clean it.) Well, here it is Tuesday night and not only is the vehicle not here but I never received a call letting me know that the vehicle wouldn't be here between the hours I chose AND the vehicle is still apparently not 'clean enough'. My wife was told tonight that it can still be delivered tonight (that was at 8pm and we live 1.5 hours away) but that it 'won't be clean when it gets here'. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous. If you go to this place, don't be fooled. Looking at the reviews, I'm clearly not the only one who's dealt with this bs. Never will I recommend fitzgerald to anyone. It's not worth the headache.

Bought a used Subaru from them
I bought a used Subaru, pardon me - preowned, from them this weekend and I can't say that I enjoyed the experience but it wasn't painful like other dealerships I have visited. The salesman, Jay R. was quite helpful and willing to show us alternatives. We bought my wife's Sonata from them three years ago and I am thiniking I won't even go to other dealerships in the future. As long as we are in this area.

Bought a new car
I recently went in and traded my 08 Sonata for a new 15 one. Sales rep was Jay, who was very nice, straight forward and easy going. We had no problems at all. When it came down to price he very kindly did what he could and we settled on a good one. The process was over actually in an afternoon, from the test drive to signing the papers. He was also great in letting me get everything from my old car to my new one. And, he helped me set up the bluetooth and everything. Overall, it was a great experience.

Bought a 2012 Mini atb Fitz
This was a very good experience. Fitzgerald was the only dealership within 100 miles of our house that had the year, make, color and model car with the right miles and options my wife and I were looking for. The night before we went to look at the car, Ben T spent close to an hour answering my questions via chat. He was not trying to sell me the car as much as he was trying to honestly answer my questions which he did. I very much appreciated that because we were not disappointed in what we saw when we got to the dealership the next afternoon. That was important because I had to take a day off from work to go see the car. I've bought numerous cars over the years, so I like the idea of the no haggle price...However there was some haggling when it came to the price of our trade-in. In the end, Fitzgerald gave us a fair price for our trade-in and a few hours later, we were driving home in a new car.
