I reached out to Permian Nissan and spoke with Chad
I reached out to Permian Nissan and spoke with Chad Cohagen, asking for a simple list of cars that matched what I needed. I specifically requested the information be sent via text due to my demanding work schedule. He agreed—and then never sent anything. Rather than follow up with him again, I reached out to another salesman. That must’ve been mentioned internally, because Chad suddenly started texting me again—defensive, aggressive, and dismissive. He repeatedly pushed me to “just come in,” ignored my preferred communication method, and tried to tell me how I should shop for a car. When I told him to stop contacting me, he kept going. Even after I clearly stated I wasn’t interested and cited harassment laws, he sent one final message with attitude before finally backing off. Permian Nissan lost my business over what should’ve been a basic interaction. If you value professionalism and respectful communication, I strongly suggest working with someone else—or going elsewhere entirely.

Worst service department ever.
This place has the worst service department people working the counters of any dealership I have ever been to. They need to go to customer service training so they know how to treat people and inform you what is going on with your vehicle.
