The dealer will lie to you to your face.

The dealer will lie to you to your face. I asked the dealer if I paid for the vehicle all at once vs having to take a loan. The dealer said there would be no extra charges if I chose to do a loan vs paying for the vehicle in cash. That was a lie the documents I got from the bank had additional extra charges. So it would have been more beneficial for me to pay it all at once. The dealer won’t admit to the lie to me or even to the Attorney General office or to another government entity that looked into the issue. I even have witnesses that heard the dealer say that there would be no additional fees. Furthermore the dealer would not give me a copy of the documents I signed until almost a week after I purchased the vehicle. They also never even let me read the whole contract before I signed it or I wouldn't have chosen to do a loan or the warranty they offered and chose a different warranty plan. ALSO, THE TIRES ON THE VEHICLE HAVE OLD DOT DATES AND THE SPARE TIRE SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPLACED BECAUSE ITS ORIGINAL TO THE VEHICLE.

Horrible Customer Service

Absolutely worse dealership to deal with. I would recommend everybody to stay away from this dealership. They have the worst customer service. They have had our car for 1 month for repairs and still with constant delays.

Great Experience

Awesome experience.Greg was fantastic.They repaired my vehicle quickly.I recommend Parker Audi for their honesty and professionalism.Greg is a great service advisor and a credit to the company.The cookies are good also.

Dishonest Sales Employees

Steer clear of this dealership and Ruben Gill, who sold a used Audi out from underneath us. We called about vehicle, which he said was in process of being certified and could not be sold until the following day. As we were awaiting pictures, they sold the vehicle which was supposedly not available for sale the same day we called. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles to a larger dealership!

The dealership caused $28,000 in damage to my car while...

The dealership caused $28,000 in damage to my car while it was undergoing a yearly service. They refused to give me a loaner car and told me that I had to ask their insurance company. Their insurance company refused to give me a rental car so I had to file a claim with my own insurance company. The dealership refused to let my insurance company tow my car .. I had to call the Little Rock police department and two officers convinced the dealership to return my car.

Their service department returns DANGEROUScars

Let me explain. My last service included replace 2 worn tires and align 4 wheels. Result was the 2 good tires were replaced and the badly worn tires were rotated to the front. It gets better. The alignment bolts were never tightened after alignment. Still more you say, last time my oil was changed there the oil light came on and the dip stick showed no oil. Turned out to be 2 quarts low. Having to take my car out of state for have these issues corrected. In my opinion the only word that describes the service is DANGEROUS.

Great experience at Parker Audi. I have been a customer for years. I really appreciate Tarik for his professionalism and his attentiveness. Service Department is great too.

Parker Audi

Tarik was great during the process of buying my Audi Q7. I placed an order and he kept me informed during the process until it arrived. He gave a tutorial on how to operate everything and is always available if I have questions.
