Great Sales Person Named Justin

Bought a Chrysler 300 today and was helped by a salesman named Justin it was worth the trip and he was extremely helpful in the whole process.

I would rethink your responses.

I was really interested in 3 of your cars listed and was coming in today to test drive. However, I sadly made the decision to go another direction. As a very motivated consumer I would suggest that you rethink the very unprofessional responses to some of the reviews on this website. The reviews themselves were not terribly concerning. But, the inappropriate responses, from your dealership, drove my reaction to eliminated your business as an option. - Just an observation from a buyer.

Awesome place bought 2010 Expedition

Bought an expedition year ago high miles but unbelievable deal best negotiation ever put the salesman on his toes I would highly recommend he even stayed late to finish everything

We had an excellent experience here. We couldn’t be happier. Both men who helped us were so very helpful and we felt no pressure at all... they listened to us and filled our need perfectly

Not happy

They sold me a car with to small of tires on it to pass state inspection. I requested that they replace the tires with the proper sized tires the day after I bought it. They refused to replace the tires without me paying for them.

Don't bother if you're not local

Contacted the dealer about seeing the car, but it wasn't yet ready. Exchanged a few e-mails & dealer said it would be ready after they replaced a mirror & he said "We will keep you posted." Nothing after about a week. I e-mailed again & heard nothing the next business day. I checked both this site & the car was no longer listed. Checked the dealer website & the listing was gone. I e-mailed again to ask if they sold the car & they haven't responded after four days (12 days total now since their last response). We bought a car elsewhere.

You had to put a down payment on the car just to h

They wouldn?t work with me on price at all plus you had to find the salesman just to talk they also didn?t clean the cars

Update: Dealer resolved issue

Update to my car purchase, the owner contacted me and offered to purchase the battery. Other than the battery issue, I thought the dealership was great, no pressure and very accommodating. I would like to thank the owner for his willingness to resolve an issue.
