I have recently had one of the best customer service...

I have recently had one of the best customer service experiences in my life at this dealer. I was in the market for a new vehicle, but had previously never purchased or leased a brand new vehicle. I did my research, and decided i was interested in the Buick Verano. After shopping the different local dealers, i decided to contact Barlows Buick GMC due to an outstanding special they were offering on the Buick Verano - the verbiage on the deal was cut and dry, unlike some of the other dealers ads i looked at it was to the point and i liked that. I quickly applied for financing on Barlows website and was shortly thereafter contacted by Kim (via e-mail, as i apparently entered an my phone number incorrectly) who invited me down to test drive the Verano and to discuss my options. I ended up dealing with Jamie Goshorn when i arrived on the lot, and he was absolutely fantastic in answering all my questions, and informing me of some of the features i was not aware of in the vehicle. There was absolutely no awkward pressure, ever. It turns out, due to my limited credit history and being self employed getting my financing was going to take some work. Jamie quickly worked with myself and Elizabeth to get the Bank all of the information possible to get me approved for financing when i am sure many dealers would have walked the opportunity or just not gone the extra mile. Jamie also went out of the way to make sure i received every rebate possible in the deal, and even fielded questions related to car insurance, and informed me of features that would reduce my premium which obviously is not his responsibility. I was approved for financing, and went to sign the paperwork with Elizabeth who clearly and honestly walked me through the process and provided an answer to any questions i had. I felt comfortable, and the information she provided me matched exactly what was in the contract - there was no surprises. The car is working out great, and being in the customer service / sales industry i felt the need to leave this review to commend them on the awesome team effort and dedication to customer service - i will honestly be referring people in my situation regarding financing, and people who are not, to Jamie and Barlows whenever the opportunity presents itself.

Having dealt with a dealer for many years, who is no...

Having dealt with a dealer for many years, who is no longer in business, I was pleasantly surprised when I needed service and chose Barlow. They treated me as if I were their customer for a long time instead of someone who came to them for the first time Friendliness and efficientcy are combined with their professionalism. As for the sales department, I can't say enough for Jamie Goshorn. I have purchased twelve new General Motors cars during my life and have high expectations of the salesperson. Jamie has met those expectations in every way. My initial contact with him was to research the vehicle (GMC Terrain). He knew I had no intention of purchasing a new car, but spent much time with me answering all my questions. When I left Jamie, I was fairly certain that was the SUV for me, and Jamie was the person to put me in it. In less than a week, I drove home with my new Terrain and enjoy it very much. He is a credit to General Motors and to Barlow.

A very satisfying and positive experience while shopping for my Sierra. Jamie led me in every right direction. Honesty and integrity abounded. Extraordinary sale followups.

I would characterize the service we have received from...

I would characterize the service we have received from Barlow GMC as first class, friendly and efficient. There was no pressure to buy, only a sincere attempt to match our needs with appropriate vehicle at a competitive price. Everyone we encountered in sales,service and finance has been efficient and friendly.

Treated extremely well. Not pushy, very knowledgeable salesman. Let us take our time and got the car we wanted. Followed up from time to time to make sure we were happy.
