Ray was our contact from the internet, he was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and even open to answer questions regarding all cars we were considering purchasing. He made us feel so comfortable and without any feeling of high pressure salesmanship which would have been a turn off. We felt we were in good hands to help us make the right decision. He said that Juan would do our paperwork and that he was nice guy and we would like him and we did. He was able to answer all our questions and we had many. All in all, we could not be more pleased. Did not enjoy the business offce experience... the worst part of going to any dealer. The best reason I know to shop private party. They have outrageous prices for warranty and security. Here you are buying your "new" car and they basically try to sell you on the idea that you can't afford it if it breaks? What the heck? Also my wife returned to the dealer the next day to drop off a second key and the salesperson acted as if he had no idea who she was. Guess we didn't make any friends. Also, the "DOC FEES" are usary.... something you could do yourself and costs nothing and they charge 430.00 .... ridiculous. Also, we received an email asking us to make comments on 3 different websites.... kinda junior high stuff....?

We came to Precision Toyota wanting to lok at ,and possibly purchase a Tacoma. We did a little research on Toyota and their competitors with Toyota reliance and value pretty much making it the vehicle for us. Driving over 100+miles over a mountain range each time I get in my car calls for a car that is reliable, economical and have enough spunk to handle the elevation changes. Snow and ice isn't an issue when I get to I-10, but until then I never know what the weather conditions might hold in store for me. Precision Toyota's professional staff made it easy for me to choose a Rav4 that is roomy enough to fit my bike inside with a load of groceries.
