2007 lincoln mavigator

I had been looking for a new body style 2007 navigator for a long time I hd real bad credit but ypu cannot believe I never can explain how hard this dealership tried to get me approved ....thank u sooooooo much

Lied about the condition of their Volvo XC-90

We went to purchase a Volvo XC-90 and they promised it was in good condition with the previous owner being the dealer. We ran a carfax report and the vehicle was previously labeled as a "TOTAL LOSS" by an insurance company. We offered a down payment of 100 to hold the car because they assured us of it's clean record but after getting the carfax report, we could not risk go thru with the purchase. When I called to request that they refund my money, they guy became belligerent and rude, saying he doesn't care what carfax says, they don't use carfax. He hung up in my face after asking for the refund and then offered 60 dollars back when I called to discuss with him again. If they were honest about the car in the first place, we wouldn't have expected our money back if we changed our mind. It was only because we learned that the carfax on the car is not clean which was contrary to what they promised us. Just providing facts

unresponsive

I received a notice from cars.com that I would be contacted by this dealer about thd car I was interested in but I never heard anything. (one of the questions below forced a response so I had to check that I was shopping for a used car but I did not actually go to the dealership.)
