Ourisman Chevrolet Buick GMC of Alexandr

I made an appointment for early morning for routine maintenance and dropped my car off the night before. An hour and a half after my appointment I tried to call to see when my car would be ready but no one answered. I called back and they promised someone would call me. After another hour no one had gotten back to me. I called again and was told they’d start on my car right away and would be done shortly. We went over wheat needed to happen but I was not given a quote. Later that afternoon I still had not heard when my car would be ready. I called and was told it would be ready on 35/40 minutes. When I arrived 70 minutes later they had not finished the paperwork on my car. When they did finish the paperwork, it had the wrong color and license plate on it and they were incredibly rude when I brought it up to them. It also cost an obscene amount of money- $1500. Never was any quote given. Never was any indication that it would cost anywhere near that much money. They’re disorganized and rude. I feel completely taken advantage of and will not be returning.

I made a appt. for 7:30 am pull into the service lane no one approached at all, the service porter told me its Monday so you are going to check with a writer and see who is not busy, one writer told me to see one of the two other writers, I stood there while KEVIN SOSA, finished talking to a tech about his weekend, I told him I had an appt. and showed him the Ourismans, coupon which was $49.95 for a oil change and tire rotation, straight off the bat he said well that's not the price, the price is $64.99 because I had to pay shop supplies etc, anyways I left and took my truck to OURISMAN CHEVORLET and paid $52.95 for the same thing, Ourisman Buick is just closer to my job, but they can go straight to xxxx !!!

All service requests were completed satisfactorily and on time.

As usual, Mike Seed provided excellent service and attention to my needs. Mu 2009 Impala is operating exceedingly well but am preparing to purchase a new vehicle within the next 4 -5 months. My first stop will be at Ourisman to to begin the process.

Three years ago, I brought my 1997 Buick Skylark in for a major repair, and the work was excellent and it was able to go on the road another 3 years. Two weeks ago, with my Buick now falling into a state beyond repair, I went in to see if I could get a good used car, a 2008-2010 model, and they just happened to have a 2010 Chevy Malibu in excellent, almost in like-new, condition, with only 36,000 miles on it! They dealership really worked with me to get what I was truly looking for. Better still, they kept calling banks/credit unions for financing, and I settled on a deal I was truly comfortable with. When I went to pick my car up, they filled up my gas tank and cleaned the car completely. They even helped me transfer my car registration and plate numbers over! This is truly an exceptional dealership, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new or used car.
