This review is for the Group 1 (Rountree Ford/Lincoln) Service Department. Everything from the ease of scheduling an appointment to the digital communication regarding the services necessary to maintain my vehicle was great. This possibly was the best service department experience that I’ve ever had.

Very disappointed,after two trips,& $2800 my is still

Very disappointed,after two trips,& $2800 my is still haven’t properly been repaired, still doing same thing it was doing before I brought to them,so far found wires that was left disconnected.very dissatisfied with service
