I object to having to pay to replace defective brake pads

I object to having to pay to replace defective brake pads that should have been covered by recall/warranty. I NEVER recieved any notice of a recall on the brake pads and for there to be a time limit on your defective product for replacement is absolutely ridiculous. The manager was very nice and supportive, the actual tech. who helped me (Alex) clearly needs more training as when I asked to talk to the manager he refused to do that, I only got to speak to the manager as he happened to walk out and noticed there was a problem and then spoke with me. However having defective brake pads on a car, NOT informing the owner of it and putting a time limit on replacement is flat out WRONG. As such, I will NEVER be purchasing another VW. You have taken a loyal customer and sent them away because VW did not want to pay for their defective work. I will say that Jeff in the service dept. was outstanding, the manager was good, but the initial contact with Alex was very much less than expected.

Excellent service, friendly staffs, professional customer

Excellent service, friendly staffs, professional customer rep. Provided on time promise schedule, cozy and clear waiting area. But there is one previous issue still not able to fix or duplicate (front driver seat level height slowly lower without adjusting)

My car?

My car?s steering wheel lock malfunctioned and I had my car towed to this facility. I had bought my car from them and have had every service done, which is usually amazing. My service advisor this time, James, was not very professional. He never updated me about my car even though saying he would. I had to initiate every time to get an update. I had made a diagnostic appointment for the Monday July 28 at 4pm. My car was dropped off at 3pm. My car was not taken into the shop to be diagnosed until 9am Tuesday July 29. Why make an appointment if you?re not even going to get to my car until the following day? I was out of a vehicle until Friday August 01 because they delayed getting to my car and then failed to tell me that the keys would need to be reprogrammed so I didn?t have my second key there until pick up. After waiting 30 minutes; they told me they couldn?t reprogram my second key, which is needed as I have 4 kids and their dad regularly uses the vehicle as well to transport the children. I was advised I have to pay to have the key fob replaced. That is not fair or right. When I paid over a $1,000 for you to repair my car, that includes making sure EVERYTHING works. My other key does not and I shouldn?t have to pay and come back to have that taken care of.

I had an excellent experience with my Sales Consultant

I had an excellent experience with my Sales Consultant (Abbas), Manager (Curtis) and Finance Rep (Daniel). They got me great lease terms for my new ID.4, a fair offer on my trade, and were attentive, friendly, and forthcoming throughout the whole process! I would definitely shop here again for a new vehicle. And I couldn’t be happier with the ID.4 - it’s stylish, comfortable, technology-forward, and keeps me away from the gas station!

I believe the dealership made me a fair offer on the car while being very transparent. As such I believe they have earned my trust that I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a Volkswagen.

Loved the experience as they were fast and efficient in getting everything done. Everything was completed within about an hour. Getting an orientation to the new features of my new vehicle was great and it got me comfortable with my new vehicle. Forget the other dealerships when you need a vehicle go to Auto Nation.

They really know how to treat their customers!

They really know how to treat their customers! Abbas is the man! He was extremely knowledgeable and informative about the vehicle's features. He walked me through all the bells and whistles of my new Atlas and gave me a fantastic deal! I can't thank him enough. Everything went smoothly, especially when it came time for the paperwork?no surprises or unwanted fees. If you're shopping for a Volkswagen in Las Vegas, I strongly recommend paying AutoNation a visit!
