I had been to at least 8 other dealerships before finally landing at auto nation Volkswagen. My sales rep, Anthony, was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and worked very hard to get me the deal I wanted. Far exceeded any other experience I had to that point.

Apparently washing your car after having it serviced is
Apparently washing your car after having it serviced is no longer part of their customer service anymore. I noticed this when I picked it up the other day and mentioned it to the gentleman who drove the car out to me and he said “No, I think they washed it .” Clearly, they did not. Also, I have brought the car in multiple times to locate and fix a rattling noise in the rear passenger area and they cannot figure it out.
