uncooperative and too expensive

went to take my new frontier in for service. they have no express service and they wanted over 100 dollars to change the oil and rotate the tires. we said they advertise a tire rotation for 9.95 dollars, they said you need the coupon. we asked them to print it out and they refused. we took the truck over to firestone hill top and got the job done for 50 dollars Hanlee people are a rip off. bad attitude the last time we had to deal with them was when we lost our keys on a previous nissan. they said it would take two weeks for an appointment for a new fob. we went to another dealer the next day they did the fob right away and washed my truck

A new car

I bought a 2016 Nissan Altima in 2016, Here I am trading it in. First the customer service was awful had this young inexperience dealer helping me. They did not have my second key or my manual available. That should have been a red flag that something was wrong. Had to come back twice to get the second key which work on and off. Then tire pressure signal cam on, took to a tire place found out that the tire had been plugged before now this is a brand new car. trade in start to have issues with acceleration on the freeway front end started shaking I had to get off the freeway. I have no trust in them did not trad more car with that particular dealership.

It's a Scam

Beware, they don't have your car, they just want to upsell you. I called Hanlees Nissan to inquire about a Versa that I saw on cars.Com. Sam answered and told me that two other used Versas were available for sale, and I made an appointment today to view them. He asked that I let him know when we were on the way, so that he can bring the two cars out for a test drive. I texted him when we were on the way, and he said to ask for him when we got there. When we arrived we asked for Sam. No Sam. We asked to view the used Versas. The Versas we locked away, and one didn't pass the smog test. Why weren't we told this before we cut our Sunday outing short, and loaded up our 8-month old for a half an hour drive? Do we want to test drive a new Versa? NO. Why not see a new one? They'll give a great deal! Common, my dad was a car salesman for 15 years. This kind of upsell, is just disrespectful and rude. Guess what, maybe we would get a brand new car if we actually test drove the car we wanted first. Yes, we could even pay for that car in cash. It's hard to give your money to someone who doesn't respect you. Don't waste your time visiting this place. It's sleeze all over.

THESE GUYS ARE FANTASTIC

THE FIRST THING I HAVE TO MENTION IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED HERE.. I CAME IN LOOKING FOR A SMALL CARGO VAN FOR MY COMPUTER REPAIR BUSINESS. THE COMMERCIAL MANAGER BRIAN CAME DOWNSTAIRS AND EXPLAINED EVERY REASON I SHOULD PURCHASE WHAT I DID INSTEAD OF ANY OTHER COMPARABLE VAN ON THE MARKET. IT SEEMED MORE LIKE TALKING TO A OLD FRIEND THEN SOME ONE JUST TRYING TO MAKE A SALE. HE SHOWED GENUINE INTEREST IN MAKING SURE I GOT THE FEATURES I NEEDED AND WANTED AND MADE THIS WHOLE THING AN OVERALL EASY PURCHASE. THANK YOU YOU GUYS I WILL DEFINITELY BE RECOMMENDING THEM TO ANYBODY I KNOW LOOKING FOR A NEW CAR .....

Fault advistisment

Hilltop Nissan, Richmand CA advertised a Nissan Leaf of dated 11/24/2012 in Contra Costa County Times.. they claimed you can only get the deal if you are credit score of 720 above. When we were there, they gave us a very low credit score in the 660s. Then, they provided us a different tier of credit with higher payment... We came home and ran our score, we have a much higher score of what they provided to us.. above 760 with the same credit score company. our credit score is more then they required... We felt they tricked us into a deal that can make more money from us.. I am claiming this dealership to have a fault advertisement. The salesperson is Vinny, the financial guy is Adam...
