Jonathan was the perfect advisor. He got my car in for an oil change and kept me in the loop the whole time.

This dealer advertises a vehicle and then adds another

This dealer advertises a vehicle and then adds another $10,000. of extras. To me this is misleading and illegal. If you have all this tints waxes wheel locks warranties already included on the total cost of the vehicle advertise it with the that total. I will be buying the same vehicle From Johnsons Auto group where they sell the vehicle for the advertised price. So, this dealer calls me back to tell me that if they sell the car for the advertised price, they will lose money, so they make up all this addons. I get a call tell me that they will match a price from another dealer. So, we agree they ask me for my credit app because I will have to finance with them so that I can get all the incentives. Fill the application book a flight from El Paso Tx. to Dallas. When I call to tell them that I will be picking up the truck the next day they tell me that the vehicle has already been sold. Do not trust this dealer I have 12 trucks in my fleet and this dealer will never have any of my business. I will recommend Vernon auto group, Auto Nation, Johnson's auto Group out of Colorado I have purchased 2 trucks from each of them and had no issues. Remember if they advertise for a certain price, they will have to sell it for that price, or it will be false advertisement.

Very disappointed with the dealership as price on this

Very disappointed with the dealership as price on this site was not the same price as the one offered. Why list a price if won’t be offered? Had I been told that from the beginning I wouldn’t have filled out that application online. I understand the sales person does not have to be authority but honesty is definitely lacking at this place.

Great experience on a long distance deal.

Great experience on a long distance deal. Vehicle was shipped and arrived before I had signed paperwork! Vehicle arrived as advertised with recent repairs completed, new tires, and detailed.

On Labor day, I visited Waxahachie Autoplex in hope of

On Labor day, I visited Waxahachie Autoplex in hope of finding a vehicle for my stepson. While I was there I saw a vehicle that my wife and I loved and inquired about it on top of the vehicle my stepson liked. The salesman told me that he would cut me a deal and take my trade in with zero down if I purchased the vehicle my stepson wanted. My stepson ended up purchasing the vehicle and I was told to come in the following day to work on the deal he proposed for the vehicle I wanted. After being there an hour the salesman came back with a “proposed monthly payment” but then told me that they could not take my trade in. At this point HE recommended for me to report it stolen, wait for the money from my insurance, then dump my vehicle in a field somewhere. After another hour passed the sales manager at this site said they would take my trade in if I purchased a NEW vehicle at a much higher price. At this point I just walked out and went home. The following day I received a text from a general sales manager(not the one I had spoken to the day before) thanked me for stopping by the day before and asked if we could make a deal that day. I told him everything I was told and what I went through and he apologized and guaranteed his manager would call me to “make it right” and finalize a deal for the vehicle I wanted from the beginning. To this day, I have not had a follow up text or phone call that this particular “manger” had promised. Later that day, the sales manager I had dealt with at the dealership the day prior called me and his first words were that he had gotten the monthly payment for the NEW vehicle down to a specific amount. I told him it was a bit high and would think about it. When I reached out to him to agree on the amount he had told me, I was told he never mentioned that price in our text, (of course not, because I was told this over a phone call). I have not spoken to anyone or heard from anyone from this dealership since then. To summarize my experience with this dealership, I was told they would work out the deal for the vehicle I wanted the first day I stepped foot on the lot, which turned out to be a complete lie. The sales man recommended for me to do something which I think may very well be illegal. I was then offered a vehicle totally different from what I had mentioned I wanted at a much higher price in order to make a deal and pretty much I was being accused of lying about a number I was told they could do. So I don’t know if a complaint to the Better Buisness Bureau, Federal Trade Comission or simply posting about this shady and unethical dealership is the route I should go, but anyone considering this particular dealership for their next vehicle purchase should know how the operate!

They are Crooks.

They are Crooks. Buyers Beware. They sold my mother a car without disclosing a recall on the car. They kept the car for 21 days to get service. What does that tell you. Again buyers beware
