Took my car there to get a bunch of things serviced.
Took my car there to get a bunch of things serviced.They charged me in excessive amount and kept my car for a week not to fix any of my problems.

Extremely Disappointed with Tom Dolan’s Kia Reno and
Extremely Disappointed with Tom Dolan’s Kia Reno and Kia's Customer Service I purchased a brand new 2025 Kia Sorento and within just two months, the vehicle overheated. The cause? A rock had penetrated the radiator, causing the coolant to leak everywhere. I had to have the car towed to Tom Dolan’s Kia Reno. To make matters worse, the dealership offered no loaner vehicle. One of the managers, Cody, told me he would try to arrange one for the next day — but I never heard from him again. I left multiple voicemails, but none were returned. Cody also mentioned he would speak with the service manager about covering part of the repair cost. Again, no follow-up, no response. After chasing the issue myself, I finally spoke with the service manager who told me there was nothing he could do. He gave me Kia’s consumer number, saying he had seen some cases where Kia helped cover costs. I called the number, only to be told there was nothing Kia could do due to the “nature of the incident” as described by the service department. The rep offered no solutions or support. To me, this seems like a design flaw — especially since the same issue happened to a coworker with the same model. Kia refuses to take any responsibility, and customer service has been nonexistent at both the dealership and corporate level. I deeply regret buying this car, and I would not recommend Kia to anyone. Between the poor build quality, lack of support, and terrible communication, this has been a nightmare experience from start to finish

Excellent service for my Miata.
Excellent service for my Miata. Normal service, full safety check. Plus factory recall update. This was done with a very thorough inspection at arrival; an estimate for the service that was accurate. Completed in a most timely manner. In addition a navigation system correction is needed and a recommendation/estimate that is accurate was provided.

My sales man was wonderful it was a long day but I drove
My sales man was wonderful it was a long day but I drove my new ride home! Only issue is they promised to mail my spare key as it was at another dealership in town, but they can’t seem to get it to me! I have called so many times and someone is always supposed to call me back but they never do! I can’t get any kind of answer!! Don’t even know if I could go there to pick up the key no one will give me any answer

I am very impressed with the level of customer service provided by Dolan Mazda. They make sure to take care of their customers. While waiting for an oil change on my car I was offered drinks, snacks, and even asked if I needed a ride somewhere. They made sure I was notified as soon as my car was finished and even washed it. I recommend Dolan Mazda for their excellent service.

Steve in the Service Department helped me get the
Steve in the Service Department helped me get the 5000mile oilchange/tire rotation completed on my 2024 Mazda CX50 but, after 4 months the Stargard still doesn't work. The Salesmen at Dolan Mazda need to stop selling the Stargard product if it can't be activated on a CX50.
