I had purchased a Nissan Rogue from DeVivos about 2 years ago. To make a long story short, at the fault of nobody but Nissan the transmission went and I was out of a car. A car that was supposed to last me years. I went back to DeVivos and Jim helped me get a new car within a day. He gave me more than a great deal on it and literally saved me. I drive an hour for work 6 days a week and cannot be out of a vehicle. This was actually the 3rd car we’ve bought there and when my husband is ready for a new car it’s DeVivos and only DeVivos! Thank you again Sonny and Jim!

I recently bought a vehicle from this dealer and things went OK until after the sale and repairs were needed. I received the car, inspected, with front tires down to wear bars and a brake hung up in the back and a noise at 25-30 mph. New tires were put on and the brake was fixed. We were told the driveshaft made the noise and it was replaced but it did not fix the problem. The dealer referred me to a mechanic who was not able to diagnose it. Upon this news, the dealer was unwilling, after 1 1/2 weeks of a 30 day warranty, and outright refused to follow up any more or spend any more money on my vehicle. I still have the noise and it took time to get it truly diagnosed at my expense. I would strongly suggest that if you were to consider buying from here, PLEASE take the vehicle in for a complete diagnosis, before buying as you will not get any major issues fixed through this dealer. It will be well worth the money to get it diagnosed before hand. I would not recommend buying from here.

We stopped in looking to purchase a SUV and test drove two. Jim was helping us and although he had to leave for a wedding, he stayed and helped us out. We never ended up purchasing a vehicle from him because a family member told us they were selling their car, so we bought that. However, we would go back to DeVivo's in a heartbeat just because of the honesty and friendliness of salesman Jim!

Jim was wonderful - took care of everything for me, offered a great deal, very kind and easy to work with. More concerned about helping me than in making a huge profit for himself. Thank you Jim!

Jim was extremely helpful, no pressure and had the vehicle ready to test drive when we arrived. Jim answered all our questions and although we did not purchase the vechile, I would recommend you to consider them for a used car purchase.

this guy been selling cars forever. my grandpa jake took me there picked out a Volvo s 60 all wheel drive for a price I could afford, the car is great and so are those guy thanks jim your an honest guy marty g

When my husband walked in about 4 different vehicles we were interested in on his lot his 1st words to him were I'm not interested! I mean hello how are you would have been nice!!! But since he was having "one of those days" we should ignore his ignorant attitude. No thank you!! Keep your cars & have a good day sir!!

I had a limit on what I wanted to spend on a car. Jim made the transaction possible and got me into an awesome Volvo V8 AWD. The car did not have a spare and Jim went out of his way to find one! When business is done this way, there are sure to be return visits from this new owner. Job well done!
