The process took longer than I had expected.
The process took longer than I had expected. Jonah said we would be out in about 60 minutes and it took 3 hours. We had done alot of the pleminary work ahead of time so I thought that would of sped up the process.

Great service. Made notes concerning future maintenance on VTM4 engine light. Have friendly curriers to take and pick up, such as Cassie and Jerry. The manager Mr. Ibarra goes out of his way to provide quality service . Also service rep. Jill Andrade.

Ask for Sergio! A friend recommended Sergio at AutoNation Honda and I'm glad I asked to speak with him. He was so helpful in finding the right vehicle that met my criteria and budget needs. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He even drove the vehicle to our home to see if it would fit in our garage as that was a concern of ours.

The service department left my truck in disarray after
The service department left my truck in disarray after changing a tire, I even asked if they put all equipment back in place and they said they had. Very disappointing as I am elderly and these things are hard for me to do
