She takes the time to let me know all will be taken care of. When my vehicle is ready she will call or text. When I arrive to pick up she takes the time to go over the invoice with me. She is kind, patient, and professional all the time. Having Jill in the service department puts me at ease about having my vehicle being taken care of.
