Jill has been my service advisor for a few years now.

Jill has been my service advisor for a few years now. I couldn't ask for finer service from her. You should give her a raise . I couldn't say what goes on behind the scenes. I know that my van is always done in a timely manner. Jill always keeps me advised as to what's going on. She has never failed to answer my questions and give me accurate answers. She projects the fact that she likes her job and is happy to do it. I've never had to take the van back twice to correct the maintenance that has been done.

Worst customer care

Customer service was very poor. Sales Manager is the most rude person, I have ever met in any business. Poor communication skills. Sales person was good though but dealing with manager made whole process worst.
