Staff provides excellent customer service. Walk-in service was provided in a timely matter. Staff member Diamond is an excellent representative of the Subaru company. She was wonderful to work with today.

Daniel was very helpful for me to maintain my vehicle and keep it working at it's highest performance. Appointment was on time and I really appreciate the Shuttle Service to get to work after dropping off my car for schedule service.

We love Michael Hohl Honda. We purchased a prepaid service contract for this vehicle. When it’s time, we set an appointment and bring it in, relying on the service department to do whatever is needed at that time, covered by the service contract. Normally, the service advisor reviews everything that was done to the car when we are done. It’s usually just a simple oil on a filter change and maybe a tire rotation, but they also do a multiple point inspection of the vehicle. This time, when our vehicle was done, the service advisor just handed as the keys and we signed the paperwork and were on our way. We didn’t think anything of it. Yesterday, we had to activate the wipers and the washer for the windshield. However, there is no washer fluid. It was completely empty. We haven’t used the windshield washer at all since we had the vehicle serviced. So now we’re wondering what else was not inspected.
