My experience has so far been very impressive. The sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable and no pressure. Kevin was great and made my experience painless. He came through Bethany was informative and friendly.

The service staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. The maintenance on my vehicle was done right and in a timely manner. I would recommend Michael Hohl to anyone needing service to their vehicle.

We bought a 2015 Subaru Forester from Michael Hohl in Carson City, and these guys used various technigues to "condition" us, but turned out to be extremely creepy jerks after we had paid. I detest this company, and actually learned about how you should always avoid dealing with car sales people if you can, and if you have to, use a ten foot pole and be very wary of all their sales tricks and attempts at "conditioning" you. . They are jerks whose job is to screw you over and collect the largest possible amount of money possible whle doing it.

The sales agent was great, the manager help me to choose the right vehicle. The accountant help me during transaction.

Completed warranty service on time with no issues. Also gave me a loaner car for the day, free.

came from out of state asked for drop in for oil change and tire rotation took us in/out no questions asked everyone polite and helpful....thanks

WHEN MY CAR SHUT DOWN, NO DRIVING, IT JUST QUIT, i WAS AT A STOP LITE WHICH WAS RED I called a towing service and headed to the Subaru dealership . I was treated extremely well and was able to go home to wait for a call of what they found. In the meantime I learned the dealer set up a taxi service for those having work done on their cars. I was not only impressed by the mechanical service but also service to the customer., The dealership has made several changes that make visiting their service center more inviting. The people their performing services to your vehicle but also to your comfort. I was very impressed and no longer dread the idea visiting when my car needs attention

I’ve taken my 2024 Crosstrek in for service twice now in the past year. Both times, I was taken right in, and notified as soon as my car was done. Prices are reasonable also. Scheduled oil change was done timely. Agent who waited on me was friendly & helpful. Pointed out hours for speedy oil change and will try to use it next time.
