Work was done quickly and Daniel, the customer service

Work was done quickly and Daniel, the customer service rep was awesome. He even spoke to me in Spanish, which I greatly appreciated. i have always had a great experience with Michael Hohl Honda Service Center.

They were okay.

They were okay. They didn’t give me the amount I wanted for my trade in. They didn’t give me the $1000 tax rebate. The “Certified” car I got came with dents all over and rust spots once I got it in the light. They never changed to timing belt even though it was due. They made up some story of work that had been done on the car, only to find out after the deal was done that they lied. Really disappointed, I expect better from Honda.

Good service from Daniel.

Good service from Daniel. The part was sent to Reno on accident so I had to wait an extra day and get a rental car. Daniel gave me a $100 coupon to help with that cost.

Everyone was great!

Everyone was great! I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used Mazda CX-30. It's the perfect car for me. They also helped me get the best financing deal with a credit union that specializes in Nevada teachers. I am very happy with the entire experience.

After being hesitant to have the battery in my Pilot due

After being hesitant to have the battery in my Pilot due to past experience with service done by a dealer, my recent experience may have more service done by Michael Hohl Honda. The service writer was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The work was done quickly and time will tell on accuracy. I will continue to utilize your service when it is cost effective for me.
