This is the second HRV I've leased from Michael Hohl- I bought the first one after the lease was up. Every time I have been to this dealership the staff is professional, helpful and pleasant. Julian had excellent knowledge about the different packages available and helped to steer me in the right package for the HRV. Luke was very helpful when it came time to sign. Everytime I've been in for service over the past 10 years has been a great experience. Highly recommend! I am not sure why this survey will only allow me to select a Subaru. I leased a Honda HRV.

The staff here made shopping for a certified used vehicle as painless as possible. Julio was friendly and promised a pressure free experience. I inquired about and test drove a used 2023 CRV hybrid and unfortunately did not act fast enough- there was absolutely no pressure in trying to get me buy a vehicle other than the one I wanted and what fit my budget and needs. A week later, Julio reached out to let me know the minute they received another 2023 CRV hybrid as a trade in. Both Julio and Sabi were thorough and transparent throughout the entire process. A lot of dealers will add unnecessary add ons to their certified used vehicles, but Michael Hohl truly does leave that up to the buyer so you are not paying for anything you do not want or need. After looking at options through other dealerships both in the Bay Area and Northern Nevada, I can highly recommend Michael Hohl Honda if you are looking for a no pressure experience with a friendly, knowledgeable staff To work with.
