We recently bought a used VW New Beetle with convertible with 100k miles from this dealership within the past couple weeks. Good service overall although the restroom could definitely be better for public use. They upgraded the stereo for free with bluetooth and usb port, which was a bonus since the car did not come with warranty. We decided not to purchase warranty because it was $399 for 3 months nor did we purchase their 48-hour cancellation package for $350. We've been experiencing a recurring issue for the past few days now in regards to the alarm system as it would blare every time we start up the car and there was nothing we could do after trying everything except wait for about two minutes until it stops on its own. So embarassing. We also overlooked the missing headlight bulb after we did the test drive so we had to purchase one from AutoZone as well as replace the battery in the key fob, which we knew needed to be replaced. What I wish I would have done differently is purchase the 48-hour cancellation package first then take it to the local shop for inspection before deciding to pay for it in full. Here's hoping the alarm issue isn't part of a bigger problem and that the shop doesn't find other problems as well. UPDATE: Aside from the alarm, we found numerous internal issues with the tail light, signal light, and brake light. The front tire was a directional tire and it was mounted backwards. The sidewall was jacked bad and the air pressures were extremely low. Several lug nuts were missing and there were no locking lug nut sockets anywhere on any of the tires to get the lug nuts off. There are more on the list that needs to be replaced... not happy about this at all. They weren't truthful with any of the safety checks! DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!

Our perfect car was here and Ruben was wonderful to work with. He was honest (we know because we had our own mechanic check out the car), reasonable, and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a used car.

Ruben was easygoing, friendly, helpful and informative, and had the sales paperwork finished within minutes. Then we found out the credit union would not honor their preapproval or fund the loan. Ruben suggested another credit union (Schools) which funded the loan with no hassles at all. Entire process took less than three hours, start to finish, and was actually fun. This is car-buying the way it should be. I have managed a motor vehicle dealership and Unique Plaza is run exactly the way I would run it. I am happy to recommend them without reservation.

Bought a 2002 honda civic and the gentlemen at unique plaza auto sales was very helpful and understanding to work with me. I have bad credit and still got me financed. I suggest to go to this dealer especially if you have bad credit.
