What a completely different way of buying a new car ....

What a completely different way of buying a new car . When we went to pick it up the sales staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new car.

We had a fantastic buying experience at Wind Gap Chevy....

We had a fantastic buying experience at Wind Gap Chevy. Our salesman, Bryan Statler, was easy to work with and very transparent in every aspect of the buying process. They made everything easy even in theses unusual times. I would highly recommend Wind Gap Chevy. I shopped at 2 other dealers in my search for a new car and they could not compare. All that and we got a great deal on a beautiful Equinox!!👍👍

Good experience

I had an overall good experience with Wind Gap Chevy and with Steve. They helped me get a new vehicle for a great price and so far I am loving it.

Being hassled !

Somehow a mistake has been made either on purpose or by mistake when we traded our leased vehicle in. It seems that when our vehicle was traded in at the dealer, they did not keep the vehicle on the lot. They decided to return the vehicle to GM, we did not, they did ! Then a few months later we received a bill from. GM leasing that we owe money for wear and tear. Two tires and a scratched wheel so they say. There is no way that we should have to pay for anything on that vehicle as it was traded in, and additional money was added in the deal for the new purchase ! Management was told multiple times regarding this and we are still getting calls from GM leasing. We always use WindGap Chevy for service, but if this does not get resolved, we are no longer going to do business with this dealer and will not recommend this dealer at all .

Bryan was very helpful during the process of me needing to purchase a vehicle after my accident. He helped me find a vehicle in my price range and made purchasing it very safe during COVID-19 times

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I found my new Equinox online, with the help of Steve, and he made it happen!! Hassle free. They took every precaution possible to make sure we were all safe, due to COVID-19. Best buying experience ever!!

Mike Is Great

Mike Cabales was quick to answer my call when I was hanging outside the lot wanting to look at a new truck. He showed me the truck I was interested in and by the time I got back home a proposal was ready. He worked with me to get into a monthly payment I could afford. I appreciate your work in these difficult times Mike. I will recommend you and the dealership for all who are shopping for a vehicle!
