Bought two vehicles from Carmax Oxnard people are amazing especially both Teri, and Dang I. Sales and Celina in service never had an issue they really do a great job of supporting your needs and ensuring the experience is amazing

I would have given 5 stars but it took me 3 calls to get

I would have given 5 stars but it took me 3 calls to get copies of my completed paperwork. There was only 1 other glitch in the process, my delivery was cancelled by some computer error. Carmax did a great job of fixing that and got me my car as originally promised. Everything else ran smoothly with very supportive customer service agents and a wonderful delivery driver. Everything was done online and all I had to do was walk out my door to receive the car upon delivery.

Sales rep Terry was wonderful to work with.

I saw the car I wanted---a gently used bright blue Chevy

I saw the car I wanted---a gently used bright blue Chevy Bolt---went in and looked at it and test drove it around the block but the sales person said we didn't have time to take it on the highway because the dealership was closing soon, so I had to return the next day and this time the female sales agent let me drive it on the freeway and I loved the car and bought it right away. The sales people were relaxed and there was no hard sell, which is what I liked about the experience.

Dee was our car rep and she was great , never felt

Dee was our car rep and she was great , never felt pressured to buy something I didn’t want and she made me feel good about my car selections. She would stay in touch with us and give us updates on the car we had shipped to the Oxnard location so we can test drive it. Thanks Dee for making our experience great and making yourself available when we called you on New Year’s Eve, you came in your day off and stayed late with us that day. Appreciate all your help.

Came in with a trade in and bought this vehicle, a 2020

Came in with a trade in and bought this vehicle, a 2020 Lexus 300 NX with 28K miles, with all cash, including the extra warranty which took over 5+hours. Have had it less than a month but the process of getting satisfaction at the local service center was not pleasant. The computer system on board has not been usable but after getting treated by the service dept. just getting all the lug nuts on all four tires installed with absolutely no respect I feel that I made a mistake buying from this corporation as a widowed senior. The car was not as advertised so the hassle of time and frustration doesn't make me feel like a valued customer in the least. I went in with a positive, trusting attitude so its difficult to advise anyone else to be as unrealistic when purchasing a 'new to you' vehicle. Really wish I had not thought that I was getting what I thought I was expecting for the 'all smiles and out the door' purchase of this car. Good salesmanship - let the buyer beware! * The office/paperwork Gal, Sienna was actually a lovely person!
