We had a great experience and our salesman, Christian was exceptional! This is my 3rd car through Carmax in the last 15 years, they have been reliable and great pricing.

I had a great experience with Carmax and we always do! We have purchased a minimum of 7 vehicles in the last 20 years through Carmax. This time, we found the SUV we wanted on carmax.com first and then scheduled an appointment to see it. After 1 short test drive, we bought it! We also traded in our Lexus, and we were able to get a good downpayment for the newer model.

I love the website. Good descriptions and photos. Very complete - I had no extra questions. I only needed a visual and a test drive. I had the car shipped from Texas. A bit pricey $1,300, but I wanted this car to work for me so I committed. It was worth it. The car was exactly as described. I’ve driven it for almost 3 weeks and I love it. Great angle on the event by stating the bottom line price with no haggling. It makes the decision clean: do I want it for this price, or no. I did, and I have absolutely no regrets. Georgina Vargas was our Carmax rep. She did a wonderful job! I cant think of how the experience could have been better. She made everything happen so seamlessly and with expertise. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
