Ed is Great

Like many people now-a-days before I even think of buying anything I do a massive review search to get the 411 on what I'm getting myself into or what I can avoid. This was my first time getting a car. Previously a college student back paying loans, so my credit wasn't the best. I'm looking over car prices and details while also figuring out how much I was willing to down pay. After I reach my number and look at a couple of cars on their website, I check the reviews. I see nothing but GREAT comments about this guy named Ed helping people. Of course, like many other young kids (I'm 21) I get a little skeptical that maybe some of those reviews were fake, but I decide to give them a call. Ed answered the phone. Right away I felt I was in good hands. Ed is a soft spoken guy and told me to come down and look at the car I had in mind. I live in Danbury so I took the train (That's a big deal being that time is valuable) the Stamford train station isn't a far walk from Bianco Auto which I thought was cool (7mins) I get there and start looking at my car of choice. Ed immediately comes out and greets me. I'm here to tell you that Ed is much different than other car salesman from my experience. His approach is friend first. Other car sales people gave me the sense of belittlement and it made me feel uncomfortable. Time after time Ed reminded me to take my time and think about all my options while answering all 26 questions I had about the car. Like I noted before, my credit was shot and that was my own fault, but Ed still managed to get me the help I needed. The best part about it all is when all the papers were signed that didn't end my relationship with Ed. He checks up on me and the car regularly and vice versa. If you are looking to buy your first car I strongly recommend giving Ed a call. They have good cars at good prices with GREAT customer service. When you do give this place a visit, don't be scared to ask to bring the car to a mechanic either. Ed actually recommends it to make you feel at ease !! Great Experience overall. Thanks Ed !!

Pleasant experience

I recently purchased a Mercedes Cl 500 and the experience was great, Ed and Frank are so caring and professional. Ed is an amazing gentleman. When you meet him you will understand what I mean. They made a great deal happen. They got me a great rate through chase along with a warranty. They took their time explaining the information. They treated me like family before, during and after the process.Anything I need they still welcome me with open arms. If only all dealerships were like this.

Great Business

I just purchased an used BMW from Bianco and had the pleasure of working with Ed. This was the best car buying experience of my life!! Everything from the professional to honesty to due diligence made this an awesome experience. The car was purchased at a great value and the financial terms were clear cut, no hidden fees. I didn't feel ripped off here, like I had been in the past with other dealers. Personally, I think Ed is the best!!

We recently made our second purchase from Bianco Auto Sales, which was the first place we checked out this time around since our last experience had been so good. I called and spoke with Ed, who remembered us and even made a special trip in (they were closed that day) so we could see the car we were interested in. Like our last purchase (2001 Chrysler Sebring convertible), this car (2003 BMW 325xi wagon) was in impeccable condition with low mileage. We bought it on the spot about a month ago and we love it. The whole process could not have been easier...the price was fair, Ed explained everything clearly and concisely, and it was a pleasure dealing with him again. We would all be better off if more businesses adopted the customer service attributes that Ed demonstrates.

You walked in and the owner is the first person you see. His son is on your left and Ed, your new best friend is at the end of the room. This is a family place and a used car dealership. You walked in because you want to buy an affordable used car, you will get what you wanted and friendly people. I will go back because I got a fair deal, straight talk and a hand shake that it is as good as one's signature.

Follow up Review

As a follow up to my previous review, I will say Ed has been excellent in communicating with me to get the necessary repair completed. We've had to reschedule a couple times due to weather and my travel s heckle, but Ed has been diligent and takes the reviews seriously. Ed has resorted my trust and I am confident all will be fine when I visit next week. Thanks Ed.

I found Bianco while looking for a Ford ThunderBird. They had a beautiful 2002 T-Bird, at a very reasonable price. Once I sent them my request for more information Ed D contacted me. Ed owned this deal from that point on, there was no problem getting hold of him at any time. With me being in NY & a winter storm hitting, it wasn't exactly easy getting to CT. But Ed handled everything professionally & made the sale process easy. I got a car I wanted, with great financing that met my expectations. Bianco is a family operation & they make you feel like you are family part of that family. Very nice people. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market.

This is my second trip in 2 months to Bianco Motors. I...

This is my second trip in 2 months to Bianco Motors. I bought a beautiful 2000 Land Rover Discovery in July, which I think Frank regretted selling to me (it must be hard to let go of the nice vehicles that come through there). That's how nice a car of that age was. I recently sold it to a friend who totalled his other car and needed a low cost replacement. I didn't want to sell it but I also wanted to go back to a sedan which I prefer over an SUV. So that worked out well for me. So I looked at a local Big Name dealer in New York, and I almost got to the finish line on a nice BMW. But this local deal (who will remain nameless) tried to slide in some BS fees at the end of the deal. I walked away. So I said to myself, why not check out Bianco's site again. And there she was, a 2005 Audi A6 at 13,995. 64K miles. The car was, for 7 years old, in immaculate condition. The body was near perfect, and the interior showed signs of typical wear of a vehicle that is 7 years old. We're talking a used car here, so if you are out there buying these things, you need to appropriately manage your expectations. 2 days in its driving great. I'm going to spin it up to Massachusettes and back and am looking forward to the smooth ride. As far as getting the deal done, Frank or Ed will tell you their fees before you even look at the car. They explain what they are for and why they need to charge them. Most are related to DMV stuff, like the cost of their runner to drive to New York in my case and take care of the registration and plates. And the preparation fees are for the crew that detail up your vehicle before you pick it up. They are not much and they are also posted up on a giant sign in their office. So you can do the mental math on the fees and taxes as you are looking at a vehicle. I recommend you look up your county tax rate before going in so you are aware of it before you decide on a vehicle. Ed took care of everything nice and easy and I came back a few days later and bing-bang-boom, i'm out the door. Great Experience, and I will only buy my cars from Frank Bianco. I challenge you to find better deals on used cars price/mileage/condition wise at other places. Frank sources quality rides.
