My experience at Bianco Auto Sales was an enjoyable one. Ed is an excellent, friendly and down to earth salesman. I was pleased when I showed up 30 minutes before closing on a Friday and he took the time to show me a Used Pathfinder of which I was interested. He sat down with me explained the final amount and told me I could have the car as early as tomorrow. The pathfinder runs smoothly. So am I satisfied? more than satisfied. Would I recommend Ed and the dealership? Absolutely 100% How does his customer service rate above the others?-Way above par. Recently purchased a Mercedes Benz R350 from Bianco Auto Sales. We worked with Ed who was very honest, straightforward and easy to work with. I never felt as though I was being pitched to like so many other dealers and I felt he negotiated in good faith. He never pressured me to buy a warranty or financing like so many small dealers live by. I would definitely call Ed next time I'm looking for a used car.

I just bought a Volvo S60 from Bianco & Son Auto Sales. I dealt with Ed D., the General Sales Manager. Besides being a professional, Ed impressed me as a very friendly and eager to help. I did not feel pressure to buy a vehicle from this dealer; I purchased the vehicle because I wanted to purchase a Volvo S60, and Bianco Auto Sales had the right vehicle at the right price. Everyone at the dealership, starting with Roger Bianco, the owner, and down the line -- they were all professionals and extremely helpful. I am very please with the entire experience. I dealt with mainly Ed who was very friendly and wasn't at all pushy or in a big hurry. He let me test drive the 2001 Ford f150. Everything in the add was correct except for one or two things. The tires were almost completely bald, but for me it wasn't a problem because I was going to get different tires anyways. I'm sure if I had caught it before I bought the truck they would have given me some money off. Also the sub-model for the truck was different, a common misconception however. All in all the truck is running good with almost over a 1,000 miles on it and was in excellent condition. Pretty good price also.

I purchased a Mercedes SL55 AMG from Bianco Auto Sales and couldn't be happier with level of service I received. After some back and forth I made an appointment for a test drive and Ed even stayed late on a Wednesday evening to accomodate my schedule. By Saturday morning, I was trading in my SL500 and driving away with the SL55. Frank was a straight shooter during the entire negotiation and once we agreed on a deal, Ed took care of the rest - it was a perfect combination. Bianco Auto Sales is literally a family run business and I think that makes all the difference. Before my family buys another car, we'll be calling Frank and his family, first.
