Cabe Toyota

Cabe is a small dealership working to grow profits through customer loyalty and referrals, not through aggressive negotiating, high customer throughput, and heavy-handed sales. My buying experience started with a base-model price quote from Truecars.com for a Toyota Prius. Cabe's price was lowest on that site. When I contacted Cabe they confirmed that the car I wanted was in stock, and agreed to honor the price quoted even though I was seeking a premium color. Cabe provided the full costs (taxes, etc.) over the phone, faxed me a complete description of the vehicle from their inventory database, and agreed to hold the car for the day. They understood my concern over bait-and-switch tactics prevalent at other dealers, and assured me they would honor the price. When I arrived everything was as promised. We did not negotiate on price -- I paid the price communicated to me on the phone. The paperwork was fast and the staff friendly. I left with my new car about an hour after I arrived. The process was efficient and well-suited to an informed buyer seeking a great price. I recommend Cabe for your next purchase.

When my family and I purchased our new vehicle from Cabge is was pleasant experience. They were really helpful and helpped us find the best deal for our needs. They made it easy and we did not have to hanggle over pricing. I knew what I wanted and they worked with me to find it. I needed a new car and decided on a Prius. When I went to Cabe Toyota after signing up through the Costco program, I wasn't sure what kind of deal and service I would get. Since I have never driven a hybrid before and have no idea how to run it, Charlie was very helpful in showing me how the car works, from starting the car to turning it off. He patiently showed me what each button does and what each display screen means. When I finally decided to buy the car, he did not push on any complicated financing plans or options package that I didn't need. He simply gave me the best offer and let me decide to take it or not. It was the best car buying experience I ever had. I would recommend this dealer to all of my contacts.

Cabe Toyota was a very surprising find because I have lived in southern California for many years and have never heard of this dealership. I hope Cabe Toyota can focus more on marketing their dealership, especially online to reach the southern CA younger demographics. Here are what they have done right for an "online shopper." Cristina Morales is one of the BEST salespersons I met. She was the 2nd fastest person who responded to my email inquiries. She is very 1)responsive in email communication; all the emails were responded with 30 min. to 2 hours, 2)efficient; unlike other dealers' personnel, she actually listened to try to understand what I was looking for & NOT pushy to sell stuffs one doesn't need, 3)honest in vehicle availability, options, pricing; vehicle was ready for pickup as exactly agreed, and 4) professionally courteous. She actually had never asked me how I am paying for the purchase, nor how much I can afford per month. Based on my past experience, I sometimes find those questions insulting if others question about my purchasing power before the final price is settled. After about 5 emails and 4 phone calls (within 4 hours), the out-the-door price is settled for a 2010 V6 Highlander SE in Blizzard Pearl finish, and a driver is dispatched for the dealer trade to get the exact car I wanted. When my wife and I came to pick up the car the next day, we test drove and signed all the papers in a little over an hour. We were all impressed and had a very pleasant experience! She is "very cool" in the whole process. Cristina posses almost all the great qualities to be an excellent salesperson (I believe she can sell almost anything). She might not know all the fine details / difference about the trims for a particular model, but she will find the answer and CONFIRM one way or the other. I had test driven a Highlander at a different dealer beforehand and made all the research to know exactly the specific options. Cristina confirmed my findings (even answered my question about assembly date, mileage, and VIN#), located the car with specific color and options I DIDN'T want, which reinforced my decision to go with Cabe Toyota. The only recommendation that I can give for Cristina is that if she can learn to memorize customers' faces or voices in a personal level (like a service advisor in Lexus or Mercedes Benz maintenance dept.), then she can raise her professionalism / skills to another notch. Overall, it was a very pleasant, HONEST, hassle-free experience, and I was happy to pay a little extra over the target price I was aiming for! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cristina Morale at Cabe Toyota to anyone.

We came in to Cabe because we found on line the car we like (Sienna SE). Joe was there to help us out from start to finish. The next day we came back but decided to buy another car (Matrix). Eventhough we changed our mind Joe was still very helpful and accommodating. Everybody in Cabe were very friendly. Eddie, the finacial manager was nice too. You feel like you are a one big family. We keep on coming back to Cabe just to say hello! I will definitely recommend this car dealer to my friends.Toyota is lucky to have a dealer like CABE. Despite all the bad media about Toyota, we still trust Toyota then, now and in the future. My son has a matrix, a TC, and an XB. My daughter has a Toyota Corolla S. Just to rpove that we trust and love TOYOTA.

My wife and I had a great buying experience with Cabe Toyota and Charlie Ellison and the rest of the staff. I had been doing a lot of on line research before contacting Cabe Toyota. The specific color and model was hard to find. When I found it at the Cabe Toyota my wife contacted Charlie and told him we were interested in seeing the truck. When we arrived Charlie gave us a good look at it and made sure we both drove it. He answered all our questions and took us through the AAA pricing program and the Costco pricing program. To our delight it was a great price and in our budget. We took it home in a mater of a few hours. All I can say is that the traffic we had to endure in the LA area was well worth it.
