My husband and I visited other dealers with high pressure salesman. Patty was friendly helpful and efficient. We didn’t need to go anywhere else. Thank you!

Great experience!

Good service and pretty easy buying experience. Salesman was very helpful. Finance department was also very helpful as well. Overall good experience. Would recommend to friends and family.

Best car buying experience I've ever had

Marshall took great care of me and Cory made the finance process easy seamless and transparent. This was my fourth Toyota from Fowler and I won't go anywhere else

New Tundra

Smooth no hassle process. Salesman and sales manager were very helpful. Finance guy did not make us feel pressured. They just helped us find the right vehicle for the right price.

Experience

I felt the salesman was pushy and was trying to hard. He talked alot about himself and his family. After he took my keys to get an appraisal he wouldn't bring back my keys. I was getting man I finally demanded my keys and was walking back to the area he had come from to demand them back.

Wife of a Vietnam veteran

They used deceptive practices to cheat my disabled husband out of thousands of dollars. My husband is a veteran and has lost his ability to make good decisions and they took advantage of him. They sold him extra coverage on everything they could , tires ,dent repair, windshield. All off these where separate contracts and very expensive and impossible to collect on. My husband had to have the van delivered to our house because he was in a wheelchair and can not drive. When they delivered it all the tires were bald . He had paid over $800.00 on a tire warranty and we had to pay another $800.00 on new tires before we could drive it. I went to the dealership to get all the other warranty’s canceled and they refused. I would not recommend this dealership to everyone. They are inhuman to take advantage of a disabled man in a wheelchair and wearing a catheter clearly a veteran. Stay away from this dealership.

First Class Management

I originally visited the Fowler Toyota to look at a Silverado but my sales rep Creighton helped me find a more suitable vehicle for my needs and budget. Couldn’t have been more happy with my time at the dealership and the team effort to get me a truck at my specifications.

My wife and I came to Fowler on the heels of a terrible prior buying experience at another dealership. Amber Whittington made our entire buying experience a very pleasurable experience. She was very low pressure and allowed us all the time we needed to make our decision to purchase. She was much more interested in making sure we got the right vehicle instead of just making a sale. She took time to explain how everything on the vehicle works. We will definitely come back to Fowler very soon to purchase our next vehicle from Amber.

Great Experience

We went in only expecting to look at a new vehicle, but were surprised by the level of salesmanship and helpfulness of our salesperson and even the sales manager. They were extremely helpful and made us a great deal on our new vehicle. Will definitely go back.
