Carmart LLC

I am not the type of person that usually gets online and writes a review. BUT..... I know how important it is to find a person that you can trust in the car industry because there are a lot of slime xxxxx out there. This dealership is NOT the case and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I go in and out of cars frequently and am not the easiest person to deal with because I know a lot of the industries secrets. I messaged Michael 164 times for almost 2 months....that's how annoying I can be :). Through out all this, Michael was very patient and professional and gave me a fair deal. I have bought from a lot of dealerships in the area and there are many I would not go back to. The next time I look for a car.....I will call Michael first. Thanks guys.

I was very interested in a black BMW 328i that I saw online. It was a great price with low mileage (just what I was looking for). I had given Mike a call about it and set up an appointment for a test drive. When I had arrived the car was parked out front of the dealership and looked even better in person. It was love at first sight. Mike greeted me out front and gave some positive feedback on the car. The whole experience was great and very personable. I was given a lot of good advice along with other companies that will benefit myself and the car. I would recommend Mike and CarMart to anyone interested in getting a new vehcile!

My wife and I were looking for a Jeep Wrangler for my 19 year old daughter and was met at the front door by Mike Mears. From that moment on we felt comfortable working with Carmart and Mike. As a parent himself he understood my specific needs to get my daughter a car that was reliable and trust worthy. After my wife and I pick a car and settle on a price I look towards Mike and he told me what I wanted to hear. I would not sell you a car for your daughter that I wouldn't give to my daughter. Some might say that was a typical sales pitch but I have been in sales for 32 years and I can tell he was sincere. Now my daughter thinks I am the best dad and she is driving back and forth from Andrews University in style and safety. I look forward to buying another car from Carmart.

I just recently purchased my 2008 350z from Carmart and was A great experince !! I was looking around and they had the best price on my car in a 100 mile radius. There were other cars that i looked at but none that had the colors or options i was looking for. when i arrived they had the car sitting in front of the entrance waiting for me. It made me feel like i was number 1. Other places told me to wait we will see if we can get someone or if we can find the car. Mike met me at the door introduced himself and knew who i was and what car i was there for it was very personable. The financing was smooth with nothing hidden. I was able to drive off in my new car the same day !! The people at this company know cars and know customer service. I recomend them to anyone looking for an all around great experince on buying there next vehicle.

In June I visited Carmart and test drove a Mercedes C class i was looking to purchase. everyone at the dealership was very nice and knew their cars. i went there with the intentions of purchasing the car through my local credit union. i was pre approved from my bank and was assured it was the best rate available to me. well i was surprised when mike the finance manager at Carmart got me approved with a better rate and was able to get me a full warranty with my loan and it was about the same price as i was quoted per month from my credit union without a warranty !! needless to say i was very happy and took my new car home that day. i was there less then 2 and a half hours start to finish. i would say to anybody looking for a nice pre owned car to give this place a look

I called about the 2008 BMW and spoke with Michael the Sales Manager very pleasant guy and he walked around the car while i was on the phone with him and told me everything about the car. I will admit when I arrived I was not expecting to see as nice of car as he described on the phone but to my surprise the car was immaculate in great shape and they offered a warranty with it how could i go wrong? I drove it and knew the car would be mine. They even got my not so great credit approved was definitely worth the drive for me. Would recommend to all my friends and family and look forward to buying my next car from them as well.
