My customer service with Vic very professional very nice.

My customer service with Vic very professional very nice. He always calls me back. Quality of repair I?m guessing I got a brand new starter. Hopefully it?s brand new and the noise stop. Facility is very clean

100% Recommend your Community Dealership in Burbank! The ELITE Team I worked with was incredible LINDA, Manager of Sales Team MANNY, Manager of Finances and Sales Representative JASON, and Sales Rep. OSCAR. They earned my husband and I business because, they gave us quality time... by simply connecting with us through a phone call, not just emailing us or texting us, by a lovely and forgotten trade of human touch of phone call, they also on top text us! The key for us was the outstanding and great positive follow-up from Linda, Manny, Jason and Oscar. They were amazing in finding us exactly the vehicle we wanted, at a great price and working with our fabulous credit union, and more importantly, not once they played on a game of changing the numbers on us or asking ridiculous amount over the sticker price . They were transparent, had high integrity, they were clear, they answered our questions, and they were welcoming! I also loved the beautifully landscape, this place takes pride in their whole locale as well on their team. Those roses are beautiful!

WHAT A WAY TO RUN A RAILROAD!!!!!!

I am a long time customer, buying my first Chevy truck in 1999! I am surprised beyond belief. First, connecting to the service department is a nightmare! NO ANSWER. My SIRIUS satellite is no longer connected and requires a new part. I was told I will have to leave my car there for days. I was told I can get a ride home but its my tough luck I have no car --and the car is in excellent condition! I just got an oil change there. Lets remember that GM talked me into getting Sirius Radio in the first place because of the quality. It sounds more like an embezzlement scheme to me. No apologies, thank you and good bye.

Excellent experience at Community Chevy (Burbank)

The current market for EVs is all over the place. This dealership had professional personnel and a fair negotiating process. Most people dread car shopping and always looking to avoid being scammed. I recommend giving Community Chevy your business. I dealt with EV Sales Rep Arabo and it was a great experience.

Excellent

Every person I encountered was kind and helpful. But the person that went truly over and above was Byron. He made the process truly easy and wonderful. I?m so thrilled I chose Community and was lucky enough to have Byron on my side. Excellent!! Would most definitely recommend!
