Courteous and helpful

Once I arrived at the dealership everyone is so friendly and helpful. I was greeted immediately and my vehicle was serviced without an appointment! Thank you, keep up the good work

Our first Land Rover and our last.

Our first Land Rover and our last. The quality of these vehicles is subpar. We only have 25,000 miles on our Velar and it has been in the shop several times. Now, this dealership had deemed our vehicle unsafe to drive and the much needed part is on backorder. This dealership will not provide any loaners or rentals. Now, my wife is stuck at work 30 miles away from home and the only thing this dealership told her was to call the corporate number and call an UBER. This is ridiculous. Do not buy a car here unless you're willing to take the risk of being stranded without a vehicle for duration they're fixing it. It blows my mind how they could not provide any loaners or rentals to people who purchase $70,000+ vehicles. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE!!

Worst experience with the service department.

Worst experience with the service department. Took my range-rover for service and when I went to pick it up the technician had scratch screen. When I told them it wasn't like that they blamed me that I had probably done it. The service advisor did what he could to help. The service manger Maria was so unprofessional and her solution was that they couldn't do anything about it because it wasn't a factory defect and gave me a 1800 number for me to call and explain what had happen. I called the number and operator said that they also couldn't do anything that they didn't fix cars. That what did i want them to do about it that my problem was with the dear-ship and to take it up with the dear-ship. My recommendation if you want a land-rover buy it at san antonio or houston. I don't have the need to deal with those type of people that just want to sell but when you have a problem wont help you or give a solution. Specially when it was their fault what happen to my vehicle. Land rover of san juan should train better their employees specially the service manger because of people like that you lose costumers

Terrible experience! Will never consider or even...

Terrible experience! Will never consider or even recommend purchasing with this dealership. After hours of trying to finalize a deal with a new vehicle, I was told the vehicle had been sold to another costumer. My bank had finalized all transactions and was in the process of sending payment to the dealership for the vehicle when I was told the vehicle was no longer available. Victor Silva spoke to my financial institution and gave his word that the vehicle was available for purchase and that no other negotiations were in place. Victor Silva did not hold up to the end of the bargain. I understand there is currently a high demand for vehicles but this should never be standard practice. The car salesman JC Moreno was extremely helpful and professional. Unfortunately, because of Victor Silva, the salesman lost a sale and his commission.

Purchased a 2022 range rover sport in July. Spent over...

Purchased a 2022 range rover sport in July. Spent over 100k on vehicle. Been in the the shop for the last month. Extremely unhappy with service. No expected date for return of vehicle from service department. No-one can even tell me what is wrong with the car. Each time they have returned my "fixed" car, the engine warning light comes on along with every warning imaginable as soon as the car is started. Complete nightmare. Terrible communication.

Worst Customer service!!!!! Took my Jaguar F-pace for an oil change and my sunglasses were Stolen. Call to complain and Lady in the phone told me your wasting your time with me complaining you need to speak with the Manager so I spoke with the Manager and he told me he didn’t believe my glasses weren’t stolen there. That he’s tech guy wasn’t there so he could check the Cameras still tomorrow. And then said so this happen yesterday and you barley notice. Like if I was lying or making the thing up. I mean very rude so basically he couldn’t do anything. Never will I ever buy a car there at San Juan Jaguar planning on trading my vehicle so I don’t have to go there again.

Was sold a car with a bad tire.

Bought a jaguar xe in 2018. And told the seller that the car has bad tire. He said he would put a new one and he did not i would call them they said they would call me and wouldn't. They gave me a hard time. I got the car on 12/27/2018. I bought the insurance cuz the sale person told it cove anything. It cost me 800 dollars more.. I went on 08/11/20 and the Manger told me it was 2 yrs. I kept telling him look at date it not 2yrs yet.. from day 1 I told the sale person. I kept calling and calling. They their one's that kept stalling.. they sold me a jaguar with a bad tire.. very bad service. They Screwed me that what they did this is in San Juan, Texas. I will never Refer no one to that place
