A Fantastic, Transparent Experience
As someone with a major passion for both cars and people, it pleases me to say that Anaheim Hills goes above and beyond in delivering a fantastic experience. From the very beginning- Jacob Erickson was professional, transparent, and eager to pass on his excitement towards the historical brand that is Alfa Romeo. Alongside his equally professional manager Jason Liu, the two helped guide me towards a fantastic opportunity on a simply gorgeous 2021 Stelvio Ti Sport (the very last Vesuvio Grey on red in the country!). Upon agreeing to numbers and submitting credit, I simply flew into John Wayne two days later- signed some paperwork, got the keys, and drove it back to Phoenix the same day. Boom! If you are looking for a first class experience, in state or not, Anaheim should be your first call. I'd like to also add that 5,000 miles later, my Stelvio ownership experience has been an absolute dream. Despite being a major Porsche/Audi fan, I must admit, Alfa has an emotional passion that continues to pull you behind the wheel. You can see it in the elegant exterior, luxurious interior, and outstanding performance on the road. A new X3, Q5, or Macan will make you happy, but the Stelvio will be the one that steals your heart. Again, big thanks to Jacob and Jason- you guys rock. I hope I'll return someday for a Ferrari powered Quadrifoglio!

This dealership is filled with a finance manager who does not care about your concerns. He will lie to get you to purchase a vehicle and then change the deal without informing you. He will mess up your paperwork and blame it on you. I went there with my girlfriend to lease a car and made a mistake on the address and he did not want to correct it. He said that we can change it later. He will do and say whatever he needs to get you through the door and buy a car. DONT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYBODY.

Anybody work here? Completely ignored
Stood inside the showroom for 15 mins walking around and around the Levante's, by then I was getting pretty upset when nobody asked to help, would just walk right by. Did I not look like a buyer? or was it that I was a Lady? I went up to the lady at the desk, and explained how long I had been standing there and turned around and walked out and got in my car. A Sales person starts knocking on my window asked what I was looking at, when I told him the Levante he insulted my Audi Q7 and said yes his car would be a big upgrade???? I'm now enjoying my Maserati, but not purchased at this place

Bought a vintage Ferrari from J-Star.
I had a really good experience buying a vintage Ferrari 328 there. They were very communicative, let me have it inspected by 2 different mechanics, and delivered it from Anaheim to Los Angeles for me. Nick Eves was extremely helpful thru the process.

Trying to buy a vehicle
Not to much dealer interest in following up with phone customers. Promised phone calls never received. There's lots of places that actually want to sell a vehicle.

HELLO !! HELLO !!! ANY HELP AROUND HERE ????
I went there on 6- 27 -14 around 7 pm to look at a Nissan truck .. They had about 5 guys inside working , but NO ONE came outside to check up on me .. SO i guess they dont need our service ... So people LOOK ELSEWHERE CUZ THEY DONT WANT TO GET OFF THE COUCH .....
