The associate who helped us was great.

The associate who helped us was great. Overall, the process was clunky and slow, particularly as we were paying cash for a vehicle. It was "detailed" and "inspected" by this dealership. Within days we found that it had a mouse nest in the engine and over $2000 of wiring work (unrelated to the mice) that needed to be done. To their credit, the dealership has taken ownership of the cost of repairs, but this shouldn't have happened if the proper work was done on the front end. Overall, very nice people but not the best experience.

9/6/25 We have bought many cars from this location and the consistency of top quality customer service, on many different levels, has been outstanding! In particular from our sales person Roland Thompson, back-up from manager Casey Zachman and follow-up service with Debbie Clark. All cars, even though not new, have been virtually maintenance free and everything working as it should. Sincerely, BRS

I loved this dealership and all the people who worked

I loved this dealership and all the people who worked there as well! Everyone was super helpful and willing to look into things for me while going through the process of buying a car. They made me feel welcome and seen when i walked through!

Amazing customer service in service department

Bought my vehicle from Golden, CO Carmax and didn't have any support for mechanical issues. Still purchased the vehicle because it is what I wanted. Ashley from sales in Golden was the worst! I ended up closing the deal with Cora who was amazing and clearly the exception to the rule in Golden. When I told Ashley there were issues with the brakes she was rude and didn't take me seriously. I ended up working with the Federal Heights dealership on repairs. Debbie in the service department took this on and was soooo amazing! She took care of everything and I am so greatful! The technican at this location was amazing as well (I forget his name unfortunately)! It is really a shame that I had to go to another location to get service, but I am so glad that I did. Outstanding job Federal Heights location!

Beware

Worst experience ever! I purchased a Mercedes GLA from this location less than a month ago and learned that they sold me a car with a nail in the tire ! I asked them to take care of the low tire pressure notification during the test drive and was told that they would make sure it was good before we purchased the car; however, Carmax’s idea of “good” was just filling the tire with air and leaving a nail in the sidewall! We could’ve been killed on the way back home to Colorado Springs because of their negligence and all the Sales Manager, Ian, could tell me is that Carmax won’t cover the $350 tire! Beware!

Great Place to buy a car

I was in need of a new car . The one i had was bought in 2005 but the year of the car is 2001. I wanted something a bit newer and affordable. I didn't catch the guy's name since my dad was the one who dealt with him first. No pressure at all. He was very helpful. I test drove the car and loved how it drove along with it's a big upgrade to what i had. So decided to buy it. I bought a 2012 Infiniti G25x, leather seats, AWD. front seat heaters, sun roof, backup camera, defrost on the side mirrors and it's a V6. I love it. I highly recommend buying a car here.

Under No Circumstance

Drove an Audi. Really liked it. Looked underneath and it was literally dripping oil. Looked at its parking spot and it was an oil slick. The salesman said he'd take it off the lot and have it looked at/fixed. Clearly all vehicles are NOT inspected by professional mechanics. Drove by a week later and there it was, still dripping oil, still for sale. Im not sure how this company exists.
