Drive past these ppl

A bunch of crooks and every time u ask to speak to a manager u speaking with them!Do yourself a favor and stay far far from these ppl here!like someone else stated b prepared to fix your new car!!!!!The back yard mechanics they did to the vehicle sold to me is lemon law material!!One if the managers stated that my car has to be a 2022 only!!!Thass horse crap in it self!!!!

DON'T TRUST METRO's LISTED PRICES.

Honda Fit listed at about $12K. Drove an hour to see and test drive. When we sat down, Moe changed starting price to $20K. He pointed out that listed prices don't include mark-up. SERIOUSLY? Total waste of time, and worst car lot experience of my life.

A nearly complete lack of professionalism

No stars if I could have! Sam, my wife and I were there yesterday, and it was a complete waste of time for both of us and for your staff. You didn't have the car prepared and obviously Moe was going to recharge the battery of the car we wanted--stunning that you are foisting off a car with a dead battery. Who knows what else is ready to fail in your car[s]? I haven't seen such a lack of professionalism in many many years. Apparently you'd don't value customers who need a transportation car but only the high ticket buyers. A very bad mistake when you want a good reputation attached to your name. The whole thing was pathetic and offensive.

Avoid these CRIMINALS at all costs!!!!!

Avoid this place at all costs!!!!!! These people are complete liars and crooks!!!!! Having had 10 years of experience in the car business never have I EVER experienced such rude and disrespectful people in my life. If you want to be treated with even an OUNCE of dignity DO. NOT deal with these people!!!! They will add on an extra $6,000 for breathing in their rundown crappy office, change prices as soon as someone walks in and straight up LIE to your face even with photo evidence!!!! SAM is especially incredibly rude and disrespectful. NEWS FLASH if someone comes into your dealership with enough cash to purchase a car out the door they aren’t stupid. and the manager is just as dumb to back up this pathetic behavior. I am posting this review on as many sites as possible to help everyone avoid getting treated like crap by these criminals. Do yourself a favor and go literally ANYWHERE else besides here!

Worst experience ever

They are a rip off. I drove 2 hours to buy a car and they wanted to charge me double the sticker price even though I was doing a down payment that was almost full sticker price. They added fees that were outrageous and refused to work with me.

Go somewhere else

This place is a joke. Showed up early picked a car and asked for the discount listed on the windshield. Told them I didn’t need financing and asked for them to call me when the vehicle was ready! No call no nothing. Maybe they only deal with certain “type” of people? My money apparently is no good here. Maybe yours won’t be either. Do yourself a favor and find some place that appreciates your business. Seriously....Find a spot that gives a SXXT about customers. Found them on Cars.com

Liars

Went to this dealership to purchase a Honda the listing price was 13,955 I get there and was told by Moe that I would have to pay an additional 1900.00 for an accessory fee? There was no additional accessories added to the 2015 Honda he then tells me that because it’s a pandemic the listing price doesn’t match the Kelly Blue Book price?? Then he says I have to pay the fee because of all the work the dealership has put into the vehicle. Basically they wanted me to pay and extra 2,000 because we are in a pandemic and they lost money. I will be reporting this dealership these fees are illegal.

Mike helped us get our focus narrowed and Issac is a wiz with the financial details got a loan with a low apr and monthly payments within my budget

Be Prepared to Fix your new car

Only buy a car from here if you have a few thousand dollars to put in it, every car on this lot needs work, my car has a variety of stuff wrong with it mechanically I have already taken the car back to them 3 times they will Mickey Mouse your car and slap on the cheapest parts they can possibly find. Do not trust them to fix whatever broken car you chose from their lot, save your money and fix it elsewhere. Bad motor mounts, broken oil pan, bad shocks, broken control arm, mismatched tires, they put new brakes but didn’t resurface the rotors( so I had to fix that too). They will finance anyone and will help you get into a car but just expect to put a lot of money in your car you get, my car had less than 100k too with all these problems .
